Five matches were announced before the show began:
- Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Nia Jax for the WWE Women’s Championship
- Rey Fénix vs. Solo Sikoa vs. Jimmy Uso in a men’s Money in the Bank qualifying match
- Chelsea Green vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Michin in a women’s Money in the Bank qualifying match
- Aleister Black vs. Carmelo Hayes
- Fraxiom—Axiom and Nathan Frazer—vs. #DIY—Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa
Why Stratton vs. Jax mattered
Stratton entered as WWE Women’s Champion, while Jax had earned a rematch after defeating Jade Cargill the previous week. That result was controversial because Naomi’s interference affected the finish. The match also continued the longer history between Stratton and Jax: Stratton had previously used her Money in the Bank contract to take the championship from Jax.

The title story was therefore connected to the ongoing Naomi–Stratton and Cargill–Naomi conflicts, not simply a standalone championship rematch.
Money in the Bank stakes
The two triple-threat matches began the process of filling the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder-match fields. WWE had scheduled the ladder matches for June 7, 2025, making both qualifiers important steps toward a potential future championship contract.
Pre-show predictions
The following section reflects analysis made before the broadcast and is separate from the confirmed results below.

Tiffany Stratton vs. Nia Jax: prediction—Stratton retains
Stratton had the stronger momentum as champion, and changing the title would have redirected the women’s championship story shortly before the Money in the Bank build. Naomi and Cargill also provided plausible routes to a chaotic finish without requiring a title change.
Green vs. Bliss vs. Michin: prediction—Alexa Bliss wins
Bliss had recently returned to SmackDown and fit the narrative of an established star entering the Money in the Bank field. Green could absorb a loss while preserving her heel character, and Michin remained a credible alternative.
Fénix vs. Sikoa vs. Uso: prediction—Solo Sikoa wins
Sikoa had a clear reason to pursue the briefcase as he tried to restore Bloodline power. Jacob Fatu and JC Mateo also created obvious possibilities for outside involvement, while a triple-threat loss could protect both Uso and Fénix.

Black vs. Hayes: prediction—Black wins in a non-clean finish
The Miz’s involvement made interference likely. Black’s presentation positioned him as a natural foil for Hayes and Miz, while a non-clean result could advance the feud without decisively damaging Hayes.

Fraxiom vs. #DIY: prediction—Fraxiom wins, followed by an angle
Fraxiom had momentum after defeating WWE Tag Team Champions The Street Profits. A post-match attack by #DIY would allow Fraxiom to win while extending the rivalry.

Tiffany Stratton defeated Nia Jax to retain the WWE Women’s Championship
Stratton kept the title after a chaotic championship match involving Naomi and Jade Cargill. The result was a retention for Stratton, but not an interference-free or purely straightforward defense.

Solo Sikoa defeated Jimmy Uso and Rey Fénix
Sikoa won the men’s qualifier and advanced to Money in the Bank. Jacob Fatu and JC Mateo were involved in the surrounding action, so the result should not be described as a clean victory unaffected by outside developments.
Fraxiom defeated #DIY
Axiom and Nathan Frazer defeated Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa. After the match, Gargano and Ciampa attacked Fraxiom. Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin of the Motor City Machine Guns then made the save.
Fightful also reported that Fraxiom was granted a WWE Tag Team Championship match against The Street Profits for the following week.
Aleister Black defeated Carmelo Hayes by disqualification
Black won by disqualification after The Miz interfered. Hayes and Miz continued the attack after the bell, so this was not a clean singles victory for Black.
JC Mateo defeated LA Knight in an impromptu match
This match was not part of the announced pre-show card. The episode opened with Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu and Jeff Cobb, introduced as JC Mateo, in the ring. LA Knight attacked the group and escaped, leading to further backstage and ringside developments. Nick Aldis later made LA Knight–JC Mateo official, and Mateo won in his WWE debut.
