DocumentaryTube is run by Yorker Media, a sole proprietorship of Ratnesh Kumar, registered in India (Udyam registration number UDYAM-BR-13-0027076), based in Gopalganj, Bihar, India. This policy applies to every payment made to it for DocumentaryTube's box office: listings, numbered places, sponsorships, places beside a similar film or service, the featured place, Page Protection and story placements.
Before it is live
You can cancel at any time before your listing or place goes live, and you get a full refund.
If we cannot deliver what we agreed, you get a full refund. A listing goes live within two business days of payment, or it is refunded in full. A part of an order that cannot start is refunded: a Page Protection starts only once its buyer is shown to be the page's maker, and a verified badge only once the page's maker is proved.
After it is live
Once a listing or a place is live, there is no refund. If you ask us to take it down, we take it down; the time it was live is not refunded.
One exception: if we take a monthly or yearly listing or place down for a reason on our side before its paid period ends, we refund the unused part.
Charged twice, or too much
If you were charged twice, or more than the price of your order, we refund the extra in full.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] with your order number (it starts DT-) and the reason. We reply within 2 business days.
How you get it back
An approved refund goes back the way you paid, to the same card or account, within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank; we can usually put it right sooner. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the listing or place it paid for comes down.
Law
This policy and our terms and conditions are governed by the law of India, and the courts of Gopalganj, Bihar have jurisdiction.
