Here are the announced U.S. television premieres for the remainder of 2026, including streaming launches, cable series, broadcast returns and network debuts. The calendar distinguishes a first-ever series premiere from a new season, a streaming release from a later broadcast run, and a two-night launch from a single premiere date.
Dates reflect schedules available as of August 9, 2026. Networks and streamers can still move programs, so titles marked “TBD” should not be treated as having a confirmed day.

Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story and Outlander: Blood of My Blood Season 2 require particular caution: the calendar gives September 17 and September 18 dates respectively, while the same source also places both titles in a broader “2026 TBD” group. Check Netflix or Starz before publishing a fixed date as final.

How to read the 2026 schedule
- Check what kind of premiere it is. A “season premiere” is a returning program; a “series premiere” is a new title. A network launch can also be a later airing of a show that already exists on a streaming service.
- Watch for multi-part launches. Dancing with the Stars begins on September 15 and continues on September 16. The Amazing Race starts September 30 and continues October 1. The NBC run of The Traitors: New Blood begins with two-hour episodes before moving to a regular one-hour slot.
- Use the listed time zone. ABC and NBC’s published times are Eastern Time; local broadcast times can differ elsewhere. Streaming releases may follow a platform’s standard release hour rather than a television timeslot.
- Do not confuse a month with a date. “2026” or “2026 TBD” means only that the title is expected during the year. It is not evidence of a particular premiere day.
For documentary viewers, the clearest factual and history-adjacent entries in this calendar include Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear, LION, 20/20 and the Lizzie Borden title. The schedule also includes reality and competition programs such as Survivor, The Amazing Race, The Traitors: New Blood and Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. They are included because they are part of the announced television premiere slate, but they are not all documentaries.
ABC says several programs—including The Bachelor, High Potential, The Rookie, Shifting Gears, Will Trent, The Rookie: North, the untitled Grey’s Anatomy spinoff and Celebrity Jeopardy!—are moving to 2027. An ABC grid still displays Celebrity Jeopardy!, so the explicit 2027 announcement is the safer reference.

Which 2026 premiere dates are still TBD?
Titles still lacking an exact day include The Diplomat Season 4, Dune: Prophecy Season 2, Emily in Paris Season 6, The Gilded Age Season 4, Lupin Season 4, Sakamoto Days Season 2 and The Witcher Season 5. A 2026 TBD listing should not be converted into a specific date.
Where can I watch the ABC fall premieres?
ABC’s schedule says its programs receive next-day streaming on Hulu and on Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers. Dancing with the Stars is also scheduled to simulcast live on Disney+.

The Bottom Line
The 2026 television calendar is spread across August, September and October rather than concentrated on one fall premiere week. Prime Video, Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu and the major broadcast networks have announced many exact dates, while several prominent streaming series remain only “2026 TBD.” Treat network runs, streaming debuts and later premieres as separate events, and recheck the platform or network before relying on a date.
