SPY x FAMILY Season 3 is no longer upcoming: it premiered on October 4, 2025, and Crunchyroll carried the international simulcast in its announced territories. The main Season 3 trailer arrived on September 9, 2025, confirming Lilas Ikuta’s ending theme, “Actor.”

Crunchyroll also announced October 4, 2025, as the international streaming premiere. In the United States, the subtitled simulcast was listed for Saturdays at 7:00 a.m. PT. The Fall 2025 lineup separately listed a dub release at 12:30 p.m. PT, so viewers should not assume dubbed episodes arrived at exactly the same time as the Japanese broadcast.
Is SPY x FAMILY Season 3 on Crunchyroll?
Yes. Crunchyroll announced Season 3 streaming across North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, the Indian subcontinent and Southeast Asia. The service’s Season 3 viewing guide confirmed the October 4 launch.

The trailer should not be read as confirmation of every story arc later associated with Season 3. Promotional material released after the premiere included a separate video focused on Loid’s past, as well as later arc-specific promotion. Crunchyroll’s September 9 announcement confirmed that Lilas Ikuta performs the Season 3 ending theme, “Actor.” Ikuta is also known for her work as a vocalist associated with YOASOBI.

Returning premise
SPY x FAMILY follows Loid Forger, the spy known as Twilight, who creates a fake family to carry out Operation Strix. His wife Yor is secretly an assassin, and their adopted daughter Anya is secretly telepathic. Loid and Yor do not know each other’s true identities, while Anya knows both secrets.

Readers who want to avoid spoilers should use the September 9 trailer as the relevant announcement video and treat later promotional material separately.

Season 3 was first announced as in production on June 9, 2024, without a specific release date. An October 2025 window followed at Jump Festa 2025, and the exact October 4 date was announced later in 2025. The September 9 trailer and Crunchyroll streaming announcement were therefore release-promotion news, not a new 2026 announcement.
As of August 2026, wording such as “finally gets an upcoming release date” is outdated. Season 3 has already premiered. For the latest episode, subtitle and dub availability, use the current Crunchyroll title page because the original simulcast schedule does not establish the catalog’s exact status today.
