Catalonia is all over the news in the past few weeks. The people in Catalonia voted yes on the referendum for independence. And with that, they jumped down the rabid hole. Will Catalonia get its independence? Or it will stay in Spain?
With that in mind, this is a documentary that explains the history of the region. The Catalonia region is located in northeastern Spain, and is widely regarded as the most successful, and wealthy region in Spain. Known for the lively beach resorts of Costa Brava, Catalonia is much more than just beaches.
The documentary takes a look at the Catalans, the people of Catalonia. The documentary dates back to the early years of Catalonia, and tries to subtly explain the core of the problem with Catalonia and Spain.
