Seargeoh Stallone is Sylvester Stallone’s younger son with his first wife, Sasha Czack. Born in 1979, he was diagnosed with autism at age three and appeared briefly, uncredited, as baby Robert “Rocky” Balboa Jr. in Rocky II. His older brother, Sage Stallone, later played the same fictional character in Rocky V.
As of August 10, 2026, no authoritative public source confirms where Seargeoh lives, what work he does, whether he has a partner, or what medical or daily support he receives. The reliable answer to “where has he been?” is that he has remained outside Hollywood and routine media coverage. His present circumstances appear to have been kept private, and the gaps in the public record should not be filled with internet speculation.

The Stallone son many fans confuse with Sage
Sylvester Stallone has five children: sons Sage and Seargeoh from his marriage to Sasha Czack, and daughters Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet with Jennifer Flavin. Biography.com’s family overview identifies Seargeoh as the younger son and Sage as his older brother.
The brothers are often confused because both played Rocky Balboa’s son, Robert “Rocky” Balboa Jr., at different ages:

| Actor | Film | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Seargeoh Stallone | Rocky II (1979) | Baby Robert “Rocky” Balboa Jr.; uncredited |
| Sage Stallone | Rocky V (1990) | The older Robert “Rocky” Balboa Jr. |
IMDb’s complete credits for Rocky II list Seargeoh as Robert “Rocky” Balboa Jr. in an uncredited appearance. Metacritic also lists Rocky II as his sole movie credit. He did not go on to develop the public acting career that his father and, for a time, his brother Sage had.
What was publicly reported about Seargeoh’s childhood?
The most substantial account comes from a June 1985 PEOPLE profile, published when Seargeoh was a young child. The article reported that he had been diagnosed with autism at age three, which places the diagnosis around 1982.
According to that historical report, Sasha Czack handled most of the day-to-day care while Stallone supported the family financially and worked around his film schedule. The article said Seargeoh attended a special-education class in Pasadena and received therapy twice a week. Those details describe his childhood in the early 1980s; they do not establish his adult routine, current treatment, or present support needs.

PEOPLE reported that the couple established a research fund administered through the National Society for Children and Adults With Autism. Fundraising connected with premieres of Staying Alive and Rhinestone, a telethon, and private donations had reportedly raised approximately $1 million by 1985.
A 1987 Los Angeles Times listing referred to the Stallone Fund for Autism Research and an eighth annual celebrity fashion show and auction held with the Los Angeles chapter of the organization. That listing is evidence of the fund’s historical activity, not proof that it remains active or connected to Seargeoh today.

How autism should be described in this story
The 1985 report used language common in that period, including references to therapy, institutions, and “recovery.” Such wording should be understood as historical reporting and attributed to the family’s account at the time.
Current medical and disability guidance describes autism spectrum disorder as a developmental disability involving differences in communication, behavior, learning, and development, with substantial variation in abilities and support needs. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health style guide do not frame autism as a disease that a person simply “overcomes” or “recovers” from.

It would therefore be inaccurate to say that he has recovered, that he is fully dependent, or that autism by itself explains his absence from the media.
Why did Seargeoh disappear from public coverage?
Strictly speaking, the record does not show that Seargeoh “disappeared” from a public career. He had one brief childhood film appearance and never established a visible entertainment-industry profile. After the family’s disclosures and fundraising activity in the 1980s, credible public information about him became extremely limited.
The available evidence supports a narrower conclusion: Seargeoh has spent decades outside the spotlight, while his family has generally not made his adult life part of Stallone’s public brand. Whether that privacy reflects Seargeoh’s own wishes, decisions by family members and caregivers, or a combination of factors has not been publicly explained.

There are occasional childhood images, including a 1984 Getty photograph identified by Biography.com, as well as an earlier family cover photograph reported by PEOPLE. These images document his connection to the Stallone family at that time; they do not reveal where he lives or how he spends his adult life.

The public record becomes particularly thin after the childhood accounts. As of August 10, 2026, no authoritative source located for this article verifies:
- Seargeoh’s current residence;
- a job, business, or professional career;
- a spouse, partner, children, or other relationship history;
- his daily routine, hobbies, or social life;
- his current medical care or support arrangements;
- his net worth or personal finances; or
- whether he currently manages, benefits from, or is connected to the historic autism research fund.
Some celebrity websites claim that he lives with Sasha Czack, resides at a former Stallone property in La Quinta, or moved to Florida with Stallone and Jennifer Flavin. Those claims are not supported by a current first-party statement or an authoritative source. Stallone and Flavin’s Florida relocation has been reported, including on property coverage from Us Weekly and the official Paramount+ page for The Family Stallone, but that does not establish Seargeoh’s residence.
There is also no credible death report located in the current coverage reviewed for this article. That limited negative finding should not be inflated into a detailed claim that he is healthy, lives in a particular place, or follows a particular lifestyle.
Why is Seargeoh not in The Family Stallone?
Seargeoh is not part of the public-facing cast or promotional focus of The Family Stallone. Paramount+’s official descriptions focus on Sylvester Stallone, Jennifer Flavin, and their three daughters—Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet. The show’s official trailer page likewise does not present Seargeoh as a participant.

Neither the show’s official descriptions nor the available promotional material provides a detailed explanation for his absence. It is not responsible to infer estrangement, institutionalization, a specific disability arrangement, or a family dispute from that absence. A reality series can have a defined cast and scope without documenting every member of a family.
The possible Rocky IV connection
One behind-the-scenes story sometimes associated with Seargeoh concerns SICO, the small robot featured in Rocky IV. An NPR report said the robot was introduced to Stallone’s son and helped inspire its inclusion in the movie. A later account from SICO creator Robert Doornick identified that son as Seargeoh, according to CinemaBlend’s summary.
This is best treated as a later account rather than a directly documented statement from Seargeoh himself. It may explain a personal connection behind a memorable Rocky prop, but it is not evidence of an acting career, a current role in the franchise, or his present life.

Search results about Seargeoh often repeat details that are not independently established. The exact day of his birth is one example. Mainstream profiles consistently give his birth year as 1979. IMDb’s biography page lists May 17, 1979, while other databases repeat different dates, including May 5 and February 5. Because the day is disputed, the defensible formulation is simply that he was born in 1979.

The IMDb episode listing identifies the November 1990 Stallone interview as featuring Stallone and Sage. Without independently reviewing the original broadcast, the more specific claim about Seargeoh should not be presented as settled fact.

More broadly, pages offering a precise current address, occupation, relationship status, net worth, or schedule generally do not show verifiable evidence. A polished biography page is not proof of a private person’s present circumstances.
What can be said with confidence?
- Seargeoh Stallone is Sylvester Stallone and Sasha Czack’s younger son.
- He was born in 1979; his exact birth date is not independently settled by the available sources.
- A 1985 PEOPLE report said he was diagnosed with autism at age three.
- He appeared as baby Robert “Rocky” Balboa Jr. in Rocky II, in an uncredited role.
- His brother Sage played the older Robert Balboa Jr. in Rocky V.
- His family publicly discussed his childhood and supported autism research fundraising in the 1980s.
- He has remained outside entertainment coverage for decades.
- No reliable public source currently establishes his residence, work, relationships, or medical circumstances.
The absence of newer information is not evidence that something dramatic happened to him. It is evidence that his adult life has not been made available as public entertainment. There is no basis for turning that privacy into a speculative “where is he now?” narrative.

The Bottom Line
Bottom line: Seargeoh Stallone is Sylvester Stallone’s younger son, a childhood autism advocate by association with his family’s 1980s fundraising, and the uncredited baby Robert Balboa Jr. in Rocky II. Beyond those documented facts, his adult life has remained private. He has been away from Hollywood—not reliably located by the public web—and that boundary should be respected rather than replaced with rumor.
