Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour has two distinct Disney+ releases: The End of an Era, a six-episode behind-the-scenes docuseries, and The Final Show, a full concert film of the tour’s closing Vancouver performance. Disney announced both for December 12, 2025; the film includes the complete The Tortured Poets Department set.
What are the two Eras Tour releases?
Disney announced the titles as Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era and Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show. They are separate releases, not two names for an expanded version of the same film.
| Release | Format and focus | What distinguishes it |
|---|---|---|
| The End of an Era | Six-episode behind-the-scenes docuseries | Follows the tour’s development, impact and inner workings |
| The Final Show | Full concert film | Records the final Eras Tour performance in Vancouver and includes the complete The Tortured Poets Department set |
Disney describes the series as “a 6-episode behind-the-scenes docuseries event chronicling the development, impact, and inner-workings that created the phenomenon that was The Eras Tour.” Disney UK Press announced the releases on October 13, 2025.
When did they arrive, and how was the series released?
Disney announced December 12, 2025, as the streaming start date for both titles. The six episodes of The End of an Era were scheduled to roll out in pairs: the first two on December 12, then two episodes each week. Disney+’s release guide gives the episode schedule.
