- Define “scandal.” Specify whether the term covers proven criminal conduct, court-documented disputes, public infidelity allegations or only events confirmed by the people involved.
- Separate storyline evidence. Archive televised plots as entertainment history, but do not use them to prove private conduct.
- Grade the evidence. Mark each claim as established, alleged or unverified, and identify who made the claim.
