#1 Best Overall
Do not treat Peacock as proof of live coverage for this fixture. The contemporary guide identified a Peacock replay after the match, while NBC Sports pointed viewers to NBC’s authenticated streaming route. Peacock’s current Premier League information is at peacocktv.com/sports/premier-league; current plans and prices can change.
United Kingdom and Ireland
Amazon Prime Video carried the 2024 Boxing Day Premier League round, including Liverpool vs Leicester. That was a package-specific arrangement, not a permanent Liverpool entitlement. For the 2025/26 season, the Premier League identifies Sky Sports and TNT Sports as UK live-rights holders; check the fixture schedule rather than assuming Prime Video.

How to find a replay or official coverage
Full-match replay
A complete replay may remain in the archive of the broadcaster that held rights in your country, but availability is territory-, license- and subscription-dependent. Search that provider’s Premier League or match archive for the exact date.
Highlights and match reports
Official Premier League, Liverpool FC and broadcaster channels may retain highlights. NBC Sports’ historical match page is available at nbcsports.com. Liverpool’s official match-centre pages also explain where its highlights and audio are offered; access rules can change.
Audio and live text
Archived live text, analysis and score updates can be easier to find than video. Liverpool FC’s official coverage model, including audio and highlights, is described at liverpoolfc.com.
What happened in the match?
Liverpool won 3–1. Cody Gakpo, Curtis Jones and Mohamed Salah scored for Liverpool; Jordan Ayew scored Leicester’s goal, according to NBC Sports’ match coverage.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How to choose a service for a current Premier League match
- Start with your country. Rights are sold by territory; there is no universal Liverpool live subscription.
- Check the exact fixture. Different matches can be assigned to different channels or streaming tiers.
- Separate live rights from replay rights. A service may offer replays without carrying every match live.
- Check authentication. USA Network and NBC streams may require a participating TV provider, while a standalone service has different rules.
- Verify the current price, trial and device limits. Promotions, eligibility and simultaneous-stream policies change.
- Use licensed local coverage. A VPN is not a guaranteed solution and may conflict with a service’s terms, payment-region rules or geo-blocking.
For UK viewers, the Premier League’s broadcast FAQ is the current reference for rights and blackout information: premierleague.com/en/about/faq/broadcast. In the U.S., current Premier League distribution spans NBC, Peacock and USA Network, so the assigned channel still needs checking for each match.
