Could You Can See Everything still become the year’s best film?
Yes, but its case is not yet comparable with the released films above. Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim’s Elizabeth Holmes documentary drew unusually enthusiastic reactions at Telluride. CinemaBlend quoted music producer Erik Nordgren calling it “easily the best film of the year for me.” At the time of that report, however, A24 had not announced a release date.
