Secret Level is legally available on Amazon Prime Video. In the U.S., Season 1 has all 15 episodes, and an eligible Prime membership includes access; Prime Video Ultra is optional. International catalogues differ, so travelers should check the local Prime Video service before relying on a VPN.
Where to watch Secret Level
The main legal streaming home is Amazon Prime Video. The U.S. listing is also tracked as Prime Video, Prime Video with Ads and Prime Video Free with Ads by JustWatch (U.S. availability checked July 28, 2026). It is not primarily a Netflix, Disney+, Max, Hulu or Paramount+ series. Prime Video rights, pricing, language tracks and episode availability can vary by country.

The series is an adult animated anthology set in video-game worlds. The U.S.-oriented Prime Video listing rates it TV-14 and warns of violence, alcohol use, smoking, strong language, flashing lights and strobing patterns; classifications and warnings may differ internationally.
How to watch in the U.S.
- Open Prime Video in a browser or the official app.
- Sign in to your Amazon account.
- Search for Secret Level, then select the Amazon Studios series page.
- Choose Season 1 and select an episode.
- If Amazon offers membership or a trial, review the price, renewal date, advertising status and terms before confirming.
On a television, use the Prime Video app on a compatible smart TV, streaming stick, game console or set-top box. On mobile, install the official app and sign in to the same account. The expected result is a Season 1 page with its episode list. A trailer without playback usually means a subscription, account, app or regional-rights problem.

U.S. price and trial options
| Option | U.S. price checked August 18, 2026 | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Prime | $14.99 monthly or $139 annually | Includes Prime Video and other Prime benefits |
| Prime Video Ultra | $4.99 monthly or $45.99 annually | Optional U.S.-only upgrade for ad-free viewing and additional features; not required for Secret Level |
See Amazon’s Prime Video pricing information and Prime sign-up page for the amount shown to your account. Prices, taxes, plans and trial eligibility can change at checkout. Eligible new or returning subscribers may see a trial, but its length and availability vary by market and account; different localized pages have shown seven-day and 30-day offers. “Included with Prime” is therefore not the same as universally free.
Is the whole season available?
Yes. The official listing identifies one season with 15 episodes. The episode dates indicate a two-part release, with the first group dated December 10, 2024 and the later group December 17, 2024.

Watching while traveling or living abroad
Temporary travel with an existing subscription
- Open Prime Video normally in the country you are visiting and search for the title again instead of relying only on Continue Watching.
- Check whether audio and subtitle choices have changed.
- If the official app offers downloads for your title, device and account, download episodes before departure. Offline playback rules and expiry periods vary, so it is not guaranteed indefinitely.
When the title is missing locally
Check the local Prime Video website first. Make sure your Amazon account, payment country, app-store country and device region are consistent. A VPN can make traffic appear to come from another location, but it does not change your Amazon account country or payment method and does not guarantee playback. Do not falsify billing details or create accounts in another country to bypass licensing.
Permanent residence outside the U.S.
A U.S. Prime subscription does not automatically provide the U.S. catalogue abroad. Search your local Prime Video service and consult a country-specific availability guide such as JustWatch. If the series is absent locally, legal availability may not yet exist in that territory.
What a VPN can—and cannot—do
A VPN encrypts a connection and may alter its apparent location. It does not supply a Prime Video subscription, transfer an account to another country or override device, payment, licensing and VPN-detection controls. Streaming services may block or challenge VPN connections, and performance depends on the server, network, device and distance to the service. Check Amazon’s terms and local law before using one. Free VPNs are generally a poor video-streaming choice because privacy practices, congestion, data limits and server reliability can be uncertain.

If you are comparing paid services, review current terms rather than treating them as guaranteed unlockers: NordVPN pricing lists Basic, Complete and Prime tiers with promotional first-term prices and a 30-day money-back guarantee, while ExpressVPN’s subscription page lists Basic, Advanced and Express Pro and directs customers to checkout for current pricing.
Audio, subtitles and picture quality
The Prime Video listing presents multiple audio choices, including English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Hindi, Thai and Japanese, plus a broader subtitle selection. Exact tracks vary by country, episode, device and title version. Open the audio/subtitle menu during playback to see what your account actually offers.
Recommended Free Tools
JustWatch lists HD availability and Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision signals for the U.S. title. These are availability metadata, not guarantees: resolution, HDR and surround sound depend on the territory, plan, title version, bandwidth, app, compatible device and television.

Prime Video troubleshooting
The title does not appear in search
- Open the direct Prime Video title page.
- Sign out and back in, update the app and try a browser.
- Check the local Prime Video site, membership status and country settings.
- Disable a VPN temporarily and search again.
The page shows only a trailer
Confirm that your membership or trial is active, that you selected the series rather than a bonus feature, and that the episode is offered in your region. Try another supported device or browser.
Playback is blocked with a VPN
Disconnect the VPN and retry the normal local catalogue. Repeated server changes are not guaranteed to work and can trigger additional verification.
Subtitles or dubbing are missing
Check both the title page and in-player language menu, then try the official app and web player. Language rights differ by territory and device.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsBest Value
4K, HDR or Dolby sound is unavailable
Verify display and device compatibility, bandwidth, app version and the format offered for your account and region. Metadata alone cannot guarantee a particular playback format.
The Bottom Line
Start with Amazon Prime Video: Season 1 is complete with 15 episodes. Check your country’s catalogue first, and treat a VPN as a possible travel aid—not a guaranteed way to obtain another region’s Prime Video rights.
