The Disney+, Hulu and HBO Max bundle costs $21.99 per month with ads or $34.99 per month without ads in the U.S. Using Hulu’s listed prices for buying the services separately, that works out to savings of $13.98 or $26.48 per month. The offer launched in July 2024 under the name Max; the current sales pages call the service HBO Max.
How much can you save with the Disney+, Hulu and Max bundle?
Hulu compares the bundle with separate monthly subscriptions priced at $35.97 for the ad-supported tier and $61.47 for the ad-free tier. Subtracting the bundle prices from those benchmarks gives the following monthly differences. Hulu advertises the savings as 38% and 43%, respectively. These comparisons use the prices shown on Hulu’s offer page, checked October 4, 2026; subscription prices can change.

Disney+ lists the same bundle prices but rounds the monthly savings to $13 and $26. The exact dollar differences above are calculated from the separate-service prices Hulu publishes, rather than from Disney+’s rounded figures. Hulu’s offer page and Disney+’s offer page show the current offers.
Which tier is the better fit?
Choose the $21.99 tier if ads are acceptable
The ad-supported option has the lower monthly bill. It is the straightforward choice if you want all three services and are comfortable with ads in the included content.

Choose the $34.99 tier if you want fewer ads
The ad-free tier costs $13 more per month than the ad-supported bundle. Hulu says ads may still appear in select live and linear content even on the plan labeled “No Ads,” so the name does not mean every program is completely ad-free.
Consider whether you will use all three libraries
The bundle’s savings compare the cost of all three services with subscribing to all three separately. If you would only use one or two libraries, the bundle may not be the least expensive choice for your household; compare the subscriptions you would actually keep before signing up.

How access, billing and cancellation work
The services are accessed separately in their own apps. Hulu says some HBO content is available in the Hulu app, while additional content is only available through the HBO Max app. If you sign up through Hulu, Hulu handles billing; you authenticate separately with Disney+ and HBO Max.
- The offer is for U.S. customers, requires the account holder to be at least 18, and is available only for direct-billed purchases through Disney+, Hulu or HBO Max.
- Hulu says existing subscribers billed through a third party such as Apple, Roku or Spotify cannot sign up through Hulu.
- There is no annual subscription or free trial for the bundle, according to Hulu’s current offer-page FAQ.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing cycle.
Check the provider’s current terms and eligibility details before enrolling, especially if another company currently bills your Hulu subscription. Hulu’s bundle page lists the offer details.

Why the launch price is different
Disney Entertainment and Warner Bros. Discovery announced the bundle on May 8, 2024, and it became available in the U.S. on July 25, 2024. At launch, Hulu announced prices of $16.99 per month with ads and $29.99 without ads, and said the offer could save up to 38% compared with separate subscriptions. Those are historical launch prices, not the current offer. The launch announcement called the service Max; the current offer pages use HBO Max. The May 2024 announcement and Hulu’s July 2024 launch notice give the original dates and prices.
