Indian creators can use OneStream Live’s documented 24/7 feature to schedule prerecorded video for a YouTube channel, with a maximum scheduled duration of 30 days. It is a YouTube-only prerecorded-video workflow—not a live camera feed—and YouTube’s own eligibility, rights, archiving, and monetization rules still apply. There is an important purchasing wrinkle: OneStream Live’s official pages disagree about whether the feature requires Enterprise or can be bought as an add-on, so confirm the feature and total cost in your account before paying.
What OneStream Live’s 24/7 feature does
OneStream Live describes a workflow for scheduling one or more video files as a continuous YouTube broadcast. You can select files from your device, OneStream storage, or supported cloud storage; connect or select a YouTube channel; enter stream details; choose when to start; set the duration in days; and schedule the stream. The feature is specifically documented for YouTube and prerecorded video. It does not establish that every kind of content can be looped, or that a scheduled broadcast will have perfect continuity or uptime. OneStream Live’s wider platform may support other destinations and methods, but its 24/7 feature is described as YouTube-only.
Can you use it from India, and what does it cost?
The OneStream Live app is listed in India, and its documentation describes the 24/7 workflow. The available official information does not establish an India-specific restriction on web purchases or guarantee that every payment method or account feature will work for every Indian user.

Before subscribing, check the feature availability and complete price shown inside your own OneStream Live account. The vendor’s 24/7 help article, last updated September 3, 2026, says 24/7 streaming is exclusive to YouTube and requires an Enterprise plan. But its pricing page lists “24-Hours Streams” as a $30/month add-on, while its billing help page describes a 24-Hour (YouTube Only) add-on that can be added to an existing subscription and allows up to three concurrent streams. These descriptions conflict; do not assume the add-on price is the complete cost or that it replaces an Enterprise requirement. The listed US price is not an India-specific quote.

What you need before scheduling
A third-party scheduler cannot bypass YouTube’s live-stream eligibility requirements. YouTube says your channel must be verified, must have no live-streaming restriction in the preceding 90 days, and the streamer must be at least 16 years old. Check YouTube’s live-streaming enablement requirements before setting up the broadcast.
- Prepare the video. Confirm that you have the rights to every visual and audio element and that the files are available on your device or supported storage.
- Connect YouTube. Use OneStream Live’s YouTube connection flow, then select the channel you intend to use.
- Set up the 24-hour stream. Choose “24-hour Stream,” add one or more videos, enter the stream details, select whether it should start immediately or later, set the duration in days, and schedule it. The documented maximum is 30 days.
- Verify the scheduled broadcast. Check the destination channel and stream details in OneStream Live and confirm that the broadcast appears as expected in YouTube before relying on it.
Plan for the YouTube archive limitation
Do not treat a 24/7 YouTube broadcast as a dependable full-length replay. YouTube says it can automatically archive a live stream if it is less than 12 hours, and warns that streams exceeding 12 hours “may not be captured at all.” If you need a replay, retain the original video files and arrange an independent backup rather than relying on YouTube to preserve the entire continuous stream. Rights, policy, and monetization still apply
YouTube’s livestream terms state that “The Live Content must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines.” They also require the creator to have the rights needed for worldwide use of the live content—including applicable music licensing rights—and to comply with relevant laws and regulations. A video that can be uploaded to a scheduler is not automatically cleared for a public livestream. Read YouTube’s terms and check rights for both picture and sound.
YouTube applies its channel monetization policies to livestreams. Its policy update dated July 15, 2025 clarified that repetitive or mass-produced material falls under “inauthentic content”; YouTube says its reused-content policy did not change. That does not mean every loop is automatically prohibited, but a channel built from repetitive or reused material may fail monetization review. Using OneStream Live does not itself qualify a channel for YouTube Partner Program ad revenue or guarantee that ads will serve. YouTube’s full ad-revenue eligibility threshold is 1,000 subscribers and either 4,000 qualified public watch hours in the prior 12 months or 10 million qualified public Shorts views in the prior 90 days. The channel must also comply with policies, be in a country or region where YPP is available, and pass YouTube’s channel review. Check the YPP overview and YouTube’s live monetization guidance.
YouTube reported an average uplift of over 20% in instream ad revenue per hour for channels using automatic live mid-roll ads versus channels not using them, averaged across 207 countries in January 2024. How to decide whether it fits your channel
- Confirm the purchase terms: verify whether your account needs Enterprise, an add-on, or both, and check the total price shown before purchase.
- Check the format: the documented 24/7 workflow plays prerecorded video to YouTube; it is not a camera-based live feed.
- Match duration to your needs: the documented maximum is 30 days, while a broadcast longer than 12 hours may not be archived by YouTube.
- Protect your source files: keep the originals and plan a separate replay backup if preserving the full program matters.
- Review rights and channel plans: clear all content for livestream use and assess monetization separately under YouTube’s policies.
