How the final three played out
The last three HouseGuests were Baham, Manbeck, and Sullivan-Brown. The final Head of Household competition was divided into three rounds:
- Baham won the first round.
- Manbeck won the second round.
- Manbeck defeated Baham in the live third round to become the final Head of Household.
As the final Head of Household, Manbeck had the crucial power to choose which HouseGuest would sit beside her at the end. She chose Baham, eliminating Sullivan-Brown from contention for the grand prize.
That decision set up the final vote between Manbeck and Baham. The jury ultimately sided unanimously with Baham.

Why Chelsie Baham won
Baham’s victory was the payoff to a season-long recovery and power-building game. Her alliance was exposed early, and allies including Cedric Hodges and Brooklyn Rivera were eventually evicted. Rather than allowing those setbacks to end her game, Baham rebuilt her position through relationships and by influencing the decisions of players around her.

She also won four Head of Household competitions, tying the season record. Those victories gave her repeated control over nominations and eviction plans, while her social connections helped her remain protected when she did not hold power.
Late in the season, Baham helped rally a house flip and continued affecting which players went home. That combination—competition success, strategic influence, and relationships strong enough to survive the early collapse of her alliance—gave the jury a compelling reason to reward her.
What was the BB A.I. Arena?
Big Brother 26 premiered on July 17, 2024, and introduced the BB A.I. Arena as its defining gameplay twist. During the relevant part of the season, three HouseGuests could be nominated for eviction instead of the usual two. The nominees then competed in the AI Arena, with the winner earning safety before the eviction vote.
The season also used additional AI-themed elements and twists. The format made eviction nights less predictable because a nominated HouseGuest could save themselves immediately, changing both the available targets and the strategy required from the rest of the house.
