Those were planned broadcast times, not the time at which Madonna actually appeared on stage. The Associated Press reported that she took the stage at approximately 10:37 p.m. local Rio time, nearly 50 minutes after the expected start. Viewers who opened the stream at the advertised time therefore saw pre-show or presenter coverage before the performance began.
Was the concert really live?

Globoplay says the video is unavailable in your region
First confirm that you are not opening an old event page after the live broadcast has ended. Then:

- Try the official Globoplay app and website, since an old browser page may not load the current player.
