When is the next episode of Dancing with the Stars?
ABC’s October 1 announcement lists Mariah Carey Night for Tuesday, October 6, 2026. The two-hour episode is scheduled for 8–10 p.m. Eastern and Pacific, and 7–9 p.m. Central, live on ABC and Disney+. ABC’s show page lists the regular Season 35 schedule as Tuesdays at 8/7c; ABC’s announcement gives the special episode date and hours.

Why isn’t it on Sunday?
The official schedule identifies Tuesday as the show’s weekly live night, so Sunday is outside its regular slot. ABC’s published schedule does not give a special reason for the October 4 gap. It does not describe tonight as a cancellation, hiatus, or preemption.
Where to watch the October 6 episode
- Live: ABC and Disney+ at the scheduled Tuesday time.
- On demand: ABC says the Disney+ episode becomes available shortly after the live simulcast.
- Next day: Episodes are available on ABC.com and Hulu the day after broadcast.

Is the schedule changing later this season?
ABC’s support FAQ lists one exception: the episode normally expected Tuesday, November 3, is scheduled for Monday, November 2. Tuesday episodes resume November 10, and the FAQ lists the live Tuesday schedule through November 24.
