Butler is back as Detective Nicholas “Big Nick” O’Brien, and Jackson returns as Donnie Wilson. The sequel also lists a larger supporting cast, including Evin Ahmad, Salvatore Esposito, Michael Bisping and Rico Verhoeven—but the available cast sources do not establish that every other performer is new to the franchise.

These are performers listed for Pantera; that alone does not prove each is making a franchise debut. One character-name discrepancy is worth noting: Apple TV identifies Orli Shuka’s role as Dushko, while Tudum lists Dragan. Because the sources conflict, it is safer to refer to Shuka by name rather than assign the character a definitive name.
What brings Big Nick and Donnie together again?
The follow-up sends Big Nick to Europe in pursuit of Donnie, who is involved with the Panther mafia and a planned diamond heist. Netflix Tudum describes a jewel robbery in Antwerp and lists Antwerp, Nice, Ulassi, Long Beach and Los Angeles among the settings. Lionsgate’s trailer description frames the story as a pursuit through Europe centered on the world’s largest diamond exchange.
