Because UFC broadcast rights, subscription arrangements, and replay catalogs can change, that original distribution information should not be treated as a promise that UFC 325 is currently available to stream.

What “start time” means for UFC events
UFC schedules normally provide the start of a card segment, not a precise walkout time for the headliner. For UFC 325, a viewer who wanted to watch the entire event needed to plan around the 5:00 p.m. ET early prelim start. Someone interested mainly in Volkanovski vs. Lopes needed to be ready for the 9:00 p.m. ET main-card start, while recognizing that the title fight would come after the earlier main-card bouts.
