The images also feature their older son, RZA. The Associated Press’ published photo coverage identifies photographer Diggzy (Miles Diggs); view the images through the publisher’s authorized gallery rather than reposting them.
What the 2023 photos show
The release presents Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, RZA and newborn Riot Rose together. Reported compositions include the parents posing with both children beside a vehicle, Rocky carrying RZA on his shoulders, and Rihanna holding one of the children.
Vogue characterized the session as a street-style-inspired take on a family portrait. The vehicle-side group photograph gives the set a deliberately casual, fashion-conscious look rather than a conventional studio announcement.
Who appears in the pictures?
- Rihanna: the singer and entrepreneur, shown with her children.
- A$AP Rocky: the rapper and producer, shown carrying RZA in one image.
- RZA: the couple’s older son, born before Riot.
- Riot Rose: the couple’s second son, introduced publicly in this September 2023 release.
When Riot Rose was introduced
Rihanna’s pregnancy had been revealed during her Super Bowl halftime performance in February 2023. The family photographs were shared publicly on September 19, 2023. The Associated Press reported that Riot was born August 1, citing People and other reports for that date.

How to view the photographs
Use the authorized gallery published with the Associated Press or the accompanying Vogue coverage to see the reported set. Those reports confirm multiple photographs but do not establish a definitive image count, so a page should not be described as an exhaustive collection unless its publisher explicitly makes that claim. Diggzy should be credited wherever the gallery caption identifies him as the photographer.
Why the photos are now a historical release
The September 2023 pictures document the moment Rihanna and A$AP Rocky introduced their second child. Later coverage reported that the family welcomed a third child, Rocki, so Riot should be described as their second son at the time of this photo release—not as their newest child today.
