O que era o #POPlineBizTrends
O #POPlineBizTrends era uma série recorrente do POPline.Biz, apresentada em parceria com o Instagram, para mostrar formatos que circulavam no Reels e explicar como participar. As edições reuniam áudios, filtros, desafios e exemplos de criadores ou artistas. Publicações de 2022 e 2023 mostram que era um quadro semanal, não uma lista permanente: edição de 29 de junho de 2022, edição de 21 de setembro de 2022 e edição de 26 de outubro de 2022.
O áudio em destaque: “Felina”, de WIU
Na edição de 15 de março, o artigo do POPline.Biz apresentou “Felina”, de WIU, como a música popular da semana. “Candy”: um retrato pessoal em cerca de 30 segundos
A proposta era montar um vídeo curto com momentos que definissem quem publica, usando “Candy”, de Robbie Williams. A edição sugeria o sticker “Sua vez” (“Add Yours”) para convidar outras pessoas a responder. O perfil @albrightandco aparecia como exemplo de participação, não como criador comprovado do desafio.
Para adaptar a ideia hoje, escolha cenas que contem algo específico sobre você — por exemplo, uma rotina, uma paixão ou uma mudança importante — e organize-as em uma sequência fácil de acompanhar. Se “Candy” não estiver disponível na biblioteca da sua conta, use um áudio acessível no Instagram ou publique sem música, mantendo o formato visual. Um prompt de “Sua vez” pode estimular respostas, mas não garante participação.

“Funny Thing”: selfie no espelho do elevador
Com “Funny Thing”, de Thundercat, o formato combinava uma selfie diante do espelho de um elevador e, em algumas versões, um passo de dança. O artigo citava @julianaluziee como exemplo. Para recriar a estrutura sem copiar uma execução específica, use outro espelho ou cenário cotidiano e acrescente um gesto ou corte próprio. Se o áudio original não aparecer para sua conta, escolha outro som disponível ou trate a ideia como um vídeo de espelho sem música.
“Spanish Guitar”: vídeos expressivos de animais
O desafio usava “Spanish Guitar”, de Toni Braxton, sobre imagens de animais de estimação com expressões ou reações marcantes. A conta @frydapinscher era um exemplo citado na edição. Uma adaptação pode destacar uma reação espontânea do animal, sem depender de filtro ou encenação. Se a faixa não estiver disponível, outro áudio permitido ou o som ambiente preserva a ideia central.

Como adaptar uma trend antiga sem tratá-la como atual
- Confirme áudio e efeito antes de editar. Pesquise o nome na biblioteca do Instagram; disponibilidade pode variar por conta, região e uso. Contas comerciais podem ter limitações diferentes na biblioteca musical.
- Preserve o formato, não a cópia. Uma montagem pessoal, uma cena diante do espelho ou um vídeo de pet pode ser refeita com contexto, texto e edição próprios.
- Facilite o entendimento. Use texto na tela para dar contexto e mantenha informações importantes legíveis sem depender exclusivamente da música ou do filtro.
- Credite a inspiração quando fizer sentido. Os perfis citados são exemplos da matéria de 2023; a citação não demonstra que tenham criado os desafios.
- Não presuma alcance. Participar de uma trend não assegura recomendações, visualizações ou crescimento de seguidores.
Como ler esta lista hoje
Esta edição funciona como registro de formatos do Reels em março de 2023. O que permanece aproveitável são as ideias — contar algo sobre si em poucos segundos, usar um cenário cotidiano ou capturar uma reação de pet.
