Both LiveReacting and OneStream Live can schedule uploaded videos as YouTube livestreams. LiveReacting combines scheduled broadcasts with a separate 24/7 plan; OneStream Live documents YouTube-only 24/7 playlist looping and scheduling up to 60 days ahead. The better fit depends on whether you need a timed broadcast or continuous playback, which controls and limits you need, and the full checkout cost.

Which service fits your workflow?

Choose LiveReacting to investigate for scheduled streams plus a dedicated 24/7 option

LiveReacting may suit a workflow that mixes one-off scheduled broadcasts with continuous streaming in the same account. Before choosing it, match your destination, stream duration, number of simultaneous broadcasts, playlist needs, and plan limits to the current pricing table. Its pricing page lists a separate 24/7 tier; verify the billing cadence, current offer eligibility, and checkout total rather than assuming a displayed promotion is the recurring price.

Choose OneStream Live to investigate for YouTube-focused looping or longer advance scheduling

OneStream is worth evaluating if you want its documented YouTube playlist loop, to schedule as far as 60 days ahead, or to use its documented YouTube scheduling controls. Its 24-hour YouTube stream add-on is separately priced on eligible plans, so include the underlying plan and add-on in the total. Advanced scheduling is listed for Standard and higher.

For one scheduled broadcast, compare restrictions before price

If you only need a single timed stream—not a continuous loop—compare free-tier restrictions, advanced scheduling availability, file limits, and the channel’s live-streaming status. YouTube says first-time live-stream activation may take up to 24 hours, so enable it well before the planned broadcast. YouTube Help: Get started with live streaming

How to choose for a prerecorded YouTube broadcast

  1. Decide whether it is a one-time event or an always-on channel. A single launch time calls for scheduling; recurring or uninterrupted playback calls for playlist and 24/7 support. For OneStream, the documented 24/7 loop is YouTube-only. LiveReacting lists a distinct 24/7 plan.
  2. Count simultaneous streams and destinations. Confirm the exact plan allows your intended number of concurrent broadcasts and destination mix. Plan limits vary, and a feature being available does not mean it is included in every tier.
  3. Check YouTube-specific controls. If you need DVR, made-for-kids marking, monetization options, or ad-slot handling, confirm the feature is offered for your channel and plan before scheduling. OneStream documents DVR, made-for-kids marking, and monetization for advanced YouTube scheduling; LiveReacting documents ad-slot management for eligible monetized channels.
  4. Verify the recording and schedule constraints. Check each service’s accepted file size, duration, resolution, storage, playlist behavior, and how far ahead you can schedule. The available vendor pages do not establish a universal limit that applies to every plan.
  5. Calculate the full recurring cost. Add the base tier, any 24-hour add-on, required stream capacity, and chosen billing term. Promotional or annual prices may not equal the ongoing monthly checkout amount.
  6. Confirm YouTube eligibility and content rights. Make sure live streaming is enabled on the channel and that you have rights to the video, music, and other material. Check current YouTube and destination rules for any disclosure requirements; there is no universal disclosure rule established here.

Costs to verify before subscribing

As displayed on the official pricing pages on October 3, 2026, OneStream’s monthly rates were Basic $15, Standard $39, Professional $49, and Enterprise $139, with a $30/month add-on for a 24-hour YouTube stream. LiveReacting displayed its 24/7 plan at $39.99/month, as well as annual and new-customer offers; one promotion showed an expiration date of October 31, 2026. Rates, billing math, add-on eligibility, and promotions can change, so check the current pricing pages and final checkout terms before paying. OneStream pricing · LiveReacting pricing
