Spoilers for Chapter 268: Yes—Yuji’s confrontation with Sukuna reaches its end in this chapter. Sukuna is defeated, Megumi is freed and reunited with his allies, and Nobara returns to help turn the fight. This is the end of the Yuji–Sukuna battle, not the end of the manga.
What happens in Chapter 268?
Chapter 268 brings Yuji’s effort to separate Sukuna from Megumi to its turning point. Shueisha’s description of Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 30 frames the sequence around Yuji expanding his domain and pressing Sukuna with its sure-hit effect. The confrontation ends with Sukuna’s defeat and Megumi’s return to his allies. Nobara’s return
Nobara reappears during the climax and helps Yuji gain the opening that turns the confrontation against Sukuna. Her return makes the chapter a reunion as well as a resolution to the immediate fight.
Megumi is freed
Yuji’s goal is not simply to defeat Sukuna, but to separate him from Megumi. By the end of the chapter, Megumi is back with his allies.

Is Chapter 268 the end of the manga?
No. It closes the Yuji-versus-Sukuna confrontation, but the story continues afterward. VIZ’s chapter catalog lists Chapter 269 and later chapters after 268, so this is not the series finale.
