Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?
Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteWindows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread

YouTube Studio supplies the stream URL and key; the encoder’s own instructions determine how looping works. Test the repeat point and audio before broadcasting, and make sure you have rights for both the live stream and any replay.
Prepare a narration-and-rain program that can loop cleanly
Build the source
Mix your Hindi guided narration with the rain ambience in an audio or video project you control, then export a finished source for the encoder. Keep the narration and ambience as separate tracks in the project so you can adjust their balance or replace an ambience recording if its license is unclear. A prepared audiovisual source and an encoder are the basic workflow; YouTube receives the encoder’s outgoing feed.
Check the transition before using repeat
Looping is controlled by the encoder or playback tool, not by the YouTube setup steps described in YouTube Help. Check the current instructions for the specific tool you choose and confirm that it can repeat a local file or playlist. Listen through the end-to-start transition: avoid cutting off a sentence, restarting a word, introducing silence, or creating an abrupt change in rain level. Check that the audio remains clean and does not clip or drop out.
If you compare encoder setups, look at repeat behavior, restart behavior at the end of a file, continuity at the loop point, recovery after a connection loss, and whether the setup can run unattended for your intended duration. These are evaluation criteria, not claims about any particular encoder.

Clear rights for the narration and rain sounds
You need the rights required for the material in the live feed and any archived replay. YouTube’s Livestream terms and conditions require content providers to have the necessary rights for live content, including music licensing rights. Check the license for each recording and composition, including whether it permits live transmission, monetization if applicable, the relevant territories, and replay.
Choose ambience with terms that fit the broadcast
- YouTube Audio Library: YouTube recommends its Audio Library for music and sound effects. Check the individual asset’s terms and any attribution requirement.
- Creator Music: YouTube says this catalog may be available for monetized videos in certain regions. Check whether it is available to you and what the specific track permits.
- Your own recordings: Original rain recordings can give you control over the recording, but account for rights in any performers, compositions, samples, or other material included with them.
- Third-party libraries: Read the actual license for live streaming, monetization, territories, and archived replays. A “free” label or an attribution line alone does not establish that a sound is safe for your use.
YouTube’s guidance on finding safe music and copyright on YouTube explains the need to check permissions and asset terms. If a third-party recording is enrolled in Content ID, ask its rights holder in advance whether your channel can be added to the allowlist.

Plan for Content ID checks
YouTube scans live streams for third-party content. If it detects a match, it may replace the stream with a placeholder, interrupt it, or terminate it. A license does not by itself guarantee an uninterrupted stream: YouTube says a licensed creator may need the rights owner to add the channel to its Content ID allowlist. See Copyright issues with live streams for YouTube’s guidance.
Set up the YouTube Live stream and connect your encoder
- Check channel eligibility. YouTube’s getting-started guidance says a channel must be verified, must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the past 90 days, and the streamer must be at least 16. Check your account’s current status and access in YouTube Studio.
- Open YouTube Studio. Choose Create → Go Live. Create a stream or schedule one from Manage. YouTube explains scheduling and stream settings in Manage live stream settings.
- Copy the connection details. Copy the stream URL and stream key from the live setup and enter them in your encoder’s YouTube or custom-server settings. Treat the key like a password: do not publish it or share it with people who should not control the stream.
- Configure repeat in the encoder. Use the encoder’s documented repeat or playlist procedure. Confirm the selected file and the intended restart behavior before relying on it unattended; YouTube’s encoder setup instructions do not specify loop controls for individual encoder products.
- Start the encoder and check preview. Wait for the feed to appear in Live Control Room. Confirm that the picture, Hindi narration, and rain are present and at the intended balance.
- Start the broadcast. When the preview is correct, select Go live in Live Control Room. Monitor audio and video quality while the stream is running.
YouTube’s encoder setup guide describes entering the stream URL and key, waiting for the preview, and going live. Its live streaming tips recommend checking the preview and monitoring quality.

Decide whether to keep the replay
YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. If you retain a replay, your permissions must cover that use as well as the live transmission. Decide before going live whether the archive is appropriate and whether your narration and ambience licenses allow it. See YouTube’s encoder guidance for its archive information.
Troubleshoot before and during the broadcast
- No preview appears: Check that the encoder is running and that the stream URL and key were copied correctly into its connection settings. Use the current setup instructions for the encoder and re-check the Live Control Room.
- The narration or rain is missing: Check the source mix and the encoder’s selected audio input or file. Verify both layers in the prepared source, then listen to the Live Control Room preview before going live.
- The loop has a gap or abrupt restart: Review the source’s start and end points, adjust the edit, and test the transition again. Check the encoder’s repeat behavior rather than assuming YouTube controls the repeat.
- The live stream is interrupted after a copyright match: Check YouTube’s live copyright notice and contact the rights holder if you have permission but the content is enrolled in Content ID. Ask about channel allowlisting; a license alone may not prevent interruption.
- The replay is not suitable to keep: Review the replay decision and license scope before retaining or sharing the archive. Rights for a live performance do not necessarily answer whether the replay is permitted.
