If Crave is included in your Bell Fibe TV package, you can watch it through Bell’s On Demand listings, the channel guide, or the Crave app on compatible Bell equipment. If it is not included, add it in MyBell. First check your package: having Fibe TV does not automatically mean you have every Crave plan or feature.
Check whether your Bell package includes Crave
- Sign in to MyBell.
- Go to My services → Subscriptions and check your active services. Bell’s package and subscription details are also available on its Fibe TV packages page.
Crave availability depends on your specific package, region, signup date and any promotion. Some Bell Fibe TV listings include Crave Standard With Ads; that does not mean every customer has Crave, or that an ad-free or Premium tier is included. Package details and promotions can change.
Add Crave to an existing Bell Fibe TV account
- In MyBell, open My services → Subscriptions → Manage subscriptions.
- Find Crave among the available TV subscriptions and choose the plan or package you want.
- Review the terms and complete the order. If Bell sends an activation email, open it and select Activate now; you can also follow the activation instructions in MyBell.
- If prompted, link your existing Crave account rather than creating another one.
Bell’s subscription instructions are at Bell subscription support. New customers can also select Crave while signing up for Bell TV and Internet. Bell lists its Crave pack at $22 per month before tax, subject to increase; when checked on August 18, 2026, Bell also advertised a $22 monthly credit for two months for eligible new TV-and-Internet customers, subject to the offer’s conditions. Check Bell’s Crave promotion page for current terms.
A Bell Mobility Crave offer is a separate billing and eligibility route, not the usual way to add Crave to Fibe TV.

Open Crave on your Bell receiver
Bell’s menu names can vary by receiver and software version. On a compatible receiver, try one of these routes:
On Demand
- Press On Demand on the remote.
- Choose Crave & more, then Crave.
Channel guide
Bell lists Crave at 1310 HD or 310 SD. Tune to the channel and press Select. Channel availability and numbering may vary by service or region.
Crave app
- Press Apps or open the Apps section from the receiver menu.
- Select Crave and sign in or activate access as prompted.
For French-language programming, go to On Demand → French – Crave & more → Crave FR, or choose the French content area in the Crave app. Bell’s receiver and channel instructions are in its Crave support guide.

Sign in or activate the Crave app
The sign-in choices depend on how you subscribed and which app or receiver version you are using. Bell’s Fibe TV Box guide describes this flow:

- Press the Crave button on the Fibe TV Voice Remote, or open the Crave app.
- Select Sign In.
- Choose Access through Crave and enter your Crave email and password if Crave bills you directly; choose Access through Service Provider if you subscribed through Bell and the app offers provider access.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. If given an activation code, use the linking page shown on screen or follow the activation email. If asked, link the Crave account you already use.
Some Bell instructions refer to signing in with MyBell credentials. Follow the option displayed for your subscription and app; there is not one universal login flow for direct Crave and Bell-billed subscriptions.
Watch through the Fibe TV app or a browser
- Open the Fibe TV app and sign in with your MyBell credentials.
- Open Menu → On Demand.
- Choose the Crave logo in the English or French section.
You can also use tv.bell.ca in most computer web browsers. The Fibe TV app is Bell’s viewing interface; it is not the standalone Crave app. The Fibe app is available on compatible Bell Streamer, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV and Google Cast/Chromecast devices, as well as compatible phones, tablets and computers. Eligibility and compatibility apply; see Bell’s Fibe TV app setup page. Viewing over Wi-Fi or mobile networks uses the applicable internet or mobile data allowance.

Check receiver compatibility if the Crave app is missing
Bell currently lists the Crave app on its VIP7802 Fibe TV Box and Bell Streamer. Bell ended Crave app support on legacy receivers on August 1, 2025. Older receivers may still provide Crave through Bell’s On Demand listings for eligible Crave Premium customers, but that does not restore the standalone app. Check your receiver model before trying to install it; if you need the app, ask Bell about upgrade eligibility and any charges.
Avoid paying for Crave twice
Adding Crave through Bell does not automatically pause or cancel a direct Crave subscription, including a direct-billed bundle such as Crave with STARZ, TSN or RDS. If you want Bell to bill you, link your existing account during activation if offered, then confirm Bell access is active before changing the direct subscription. Check both your Bell bill and Crave account billing page, and manage or cancel the direct plan separately if you no longer want it. The same caution applies if you already subscribe directly and later add Crave through Bell.

Troubleshoot a missing Crave listing or sign-in problem
The Crave app or tile is missing
- Confirm in MyBell that Crave is included or active.
- Check whether your receiver is a VIP7802 Fibe TV Box or Bell Streamer.
- Try On Demand → Crave & more → Crave, or tune to 1310 HD or 310 SD.
- Restart the receiver and check for software updates.
- If the receiver is unsupported, use the Fibe TV app, a compatible Crave device, or ask Bell about an upgrade.
- Contact Bell if the package entitlement or receiver service appears wrong.
The activation code fails or the app returns to sign-in
- Check whether Bell or Crave bills your subscription, then choose the matching sign-in option.
- Look for an activation email associated with the Bell order and follow its instructions.
- Use your existing Crave account where possible; do not create a second account simply to bypass a provider-linking prompt.
Choose the right support team
Contact Bell about package availability, Bell billing, adding or removing Crave, receiver eligibility and Fibe TV service. Contact Crave about direct Crave account access, profiles, standalone-app playback and Crave-specific device or login problems.
