YouTube does not make revenue reports available when Analytics is filtered to Live, so export a supported channel- or video-level revenue view instead. For finalized partner financial reports, eligible Content Manager partners have a separate CSV download route.
Download a revenue report in YouTube Studio
- Sign in to the YouTube Studio account that owns or manages the channel.
- In the left menu, select Analytics.
- Open the relevant channel- or video-level report. The Revenue tab is available to YouTube Partner Program creators. Choose a date range and scope that match the question you are investigating.
- Open Advanced Mode or See More, adjust the report if needed, then select Export current view and choose a file format.
The export represents the report view you selected; it is not a special report for continuously running livestreams. YouTube’s guidance does not document a separate revenue-export workflow for 24/7 content.
Why a Live-only filter will not show revenue
YouTube’s live-stream metrics guidance says revenue reports and interaction reports are unavailable when Analytics is filtered to Live. A livestream performance CSV can still contain live metrics, but that does not make it a revenue report. If the interface reports that data is unavailable by live/on demand, switch to Live & on demand or another supported report view, and check the scope before exporting. YouTube’s live-stream metrics guidance describes this limitation.
Estimated Analytics earnings versus finalized figures
Studio Analytics earnings are estimates, not final settlement figures. YouTube says estimated earnings update daily with an approximately two-day delay, and they do not reflect invalid-activity adjustments in real time. Consequently, later finalized figures can differ. Finalized creator earnings typically appear in YouTube Analytics after payments are added to AdSense for YouTube, between the 7th and 12th of the following month. - Sign in to Studio Content Manager.
- Select Reports.
- Choose the report type and a Weekly or Monthly view.
- Select the report version, then click the report name to download its CSV.
Automatically generated reports remain available for 60 days. Financial reports are usually published between the 10th and 14th of each month. These are finalized reports and have a different audience and timing from estimated creator Analytics earnings. Details are in YouTube’s Content Manager report instructions.
When the Studio export is not enough
YouTube Studio exports are limited to 500 rows. YouTube documents the Reporting API as an option for retrieving reports with more than 500 rows; API availability and the fields available depend on the report and account access, so it should not be treated as an automatic source for every revenue field.
