Kylie Page, whose legal name was Kylie Pylant, died on June 25, 2025, at age 28. Later reporting on the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s finding said she died from the effects of fentanyl and cocaine; the manner of death was classified as an accident.
What the medical examiner found
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s conclusion, reported in August 2025, identified the combined effects of fentanyl and cocaine as the cause of death and classified the manner as accidental. “Accidental overdose” is therefore an appropriate shorthand only when it is attributed to that medical-examiner finding.
The finding does not establish additional details about where or how the substances were obtained, whether anyone else was involved, or Page’s prior substance use. Those claims should not be inferred from the cause-and-manner determination.
How the reports changed over time
| Date | What was reported |
|---|---|
| June 25, 2025 | Page died at her Los Angeles-area home, according to later coverage. |
| June 26, 2025 | XBIZ reported Hussie Models’ announcement of her death and noted that the cause had not been publicly established. |
| June 30, 2025 | E! reported that the cause remained undetermined while the investigation continued. |
| August 21–22, 2025 | Later reports citing the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner published the completed cause-and-manner finding. |
The early “under investigation” wording was not a competing explanation; it reflected the period before the medical examiner’s conclusion became available.

Who Kylie Page was
Page was an adult-film performer whose professional credits extended from 2016 through 2024. XBIZ, citing the Internet Adult Film Database (IAFD), reported more than 200 releases during that period and named work associated with Brazzers, Jules Jordan and Naughty America.
She also appeared in the 2017 Netflix documentary series Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On. Streaming availability can change, so the series’ current catalog status should be checked directly with the service.

Statements after her death
Hussie Models announced her passing in a statement reproduced by XBIZ, calling her “an inspiring presence in our industry” and saying she had touched many people with her talent, kindness and vibrant spirit. Brazzers separately said its team was deeply saddened and remembered her laughter and kindness. These were agency and company tributes, not eyewitness accounts of the death.
