Cast, director and source novel
Corey Hawkins stars as Charles Blakey, with Willem Dafoe as Anniston Bennet. The principal cast also includes Anna Diop as Narciss Gully and Jonathan Ajayi as Ricky Winkler, alongside Gershwyn Eustache Jnr., Pamela Nomvete and Tamara Lawrance. Nadia Latif directs, and Walter Mosley is credited as screenwriter.
