OBS से YouTube पर बच्चों की कहानी का 24/7 लाइव स्ट्रीम सेट करने के लिए YouTube पर लाइव सुविधा सक्षम करें, OBS में YouTube का stream URL और stream key जोड़ें, अपनी कहानी के दृश्य और ऑडियो तैयार करें, फिर पहले private या unlisted परीक्षण चलाएँ। लेकिन OBS आपके कंप्यूटर से सीधे YouTube को वीडियो भेजता है: लगातार प्रसारण के लिए कंप्यूटर, बिजली, इंटरनेट और YouTube—चारों का उपलब्ध रहना ज़रूरी है। इसे बिना रुकावट चलने की गारंटी न समझें।
शुरू करने से पहले: चैनल की पात्रता और तैयारी
YouTube पर लाइव जाने के लिए चैनल सत्यापित होना चाहिए और उस पर पिछले 90 दिनों में कोई live-stream restriction नहीं होनी चाहिए। पहली बार लाइव सुविधा चालू करने के बाद सक्रिय होने में 24 घंटे तक लग सकते हैं। YouTube की मौजूदा सहायता जानकारी के अनुसार लाइव स्ट्रीमर की न्यूनतम आयु 16 वर्ष है; सेटअप से पहले YouTube की लाइव स्ट्रीमिंग पात्रता और प्रतिबंध संबंधी जानकारी जाँचें।
- OBS चलाने वाला कंप्यूटर, स्थिर इंटरनेट कनेक्शन और कहानी की तैयार वीडियो/दृश्य सामग्री रखें।
- कहानी के टेक्स्ट, चित्र, आवाज़ और संगीत के लिए लाइव प्रसारण तथा आवश्यक पुनर्प्रयोग अधिकार सुनिश्चित करें। ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध होना अपने-आप में प्रसारण की अनुमति नहीं है।
- यदि वीडियो में वास्तविक बच्चे दिखाई या सुनाई देंगे, तो उनकी भागीदारी और सुरक्षा पर विशेष ध्यान दें। कहानी सुनाने के लिए बच्चों को कैमरे पर लाना आवश्यक नहीं; उपयुक्त चित्र, एनीमेशन या अन्य दृश्य विकल्प हो सकते हैं।
भारत में इंटरनेट की गति, बिजली की उपलब्धता और ISP का प्रदर्शन स्थान तथा समय के अनुसार बदलता है। कोई एक upload-speed या PC-specification संख्या हर सेटअप के लिए सही नहीं होगी—अपने वास्तविक कंप्यूटर और कनेक्शन पर परीक्षण करें।
OBS को YouTube Live Control Room से जोड़ें
- YouTube पर लाइव सुविधा चालू करें: YouTube Studio खोलें और Create → Go Live चुनकर Live Control Room पर जाएँ। पहली बार सक्रियण लंबित हो तो YouTube द्वारा सुविधा चालू होने तक प्रतीक्षा करें।
- प्रसारण बनाएँ: Live Control Room में Stream विकल्प खोलें और प्रसारण की जानकारी तथा दृश्यता तय करें। पहले परीक्षण के लिए private या unlisted रखें।
- Stream URL और key लें: Live Control Room में दिखाया गया stream URL और stream key OBS की streaming settings में भरें। OBS के आधिकारिक कनेक्शन और dropped-frame मार्गदर्शन के अनुसार OBS सीधे कंप्यूटर से स्ट्रीमिंग सेवा तक जुड़ता है; OBS बीच में relay server नहीं देता।
- Stream key सुरक्षित रखें: इसे पासवर्ड की तरह मानें। स्क्रीनशॉट, सार्वजनिक विवरण या असुरक्षित संदेश में साझा न करें। यदि key उजागर हो जाए, Live Control Room में उसे बदलें और OBS में नई key डालें।
- OBS दृश्य और ऑडियो तैयार करें: कहानी के दृश्य, आवश्यक टेक्स्ट overlay और narration या अन्य अधिकृत audio sources जोड़ें। बोलकर सुनाई जाने वाली कहानी हो तो प्रसारण से पहले सुनें कि आवाज़ स्पष्ट है और अनचाहा या बहुत तेज़ ऑडियो नहीं है।
- शुरुआती सेटिंग चुनें: OBS का Auto-Configuration Wizard चलाएँ। कोई निश्चित bitrate या resolution हर इंटरनेट कनेक्शन पर सही नहीं होता; अपने upload connection और चुनी गई गुणवत्ता के अनुसार सेटिंग रखें।
- निजी परीक्षण करें: OBS से स्ट्रीम शुरू करें, YouTube preview देखें और पूरा ऑडियो जाँचें। सब ठीक हो तो ही दृश्यता सार्वजनिक करके प्रसारण शुरू करें।
बच्चों की कहानी के लिए “Made for kids” सही तय करें
अगर कहानी, भाषा, चित्र, किरदार और प्रस्तुति बच्चों को लक्षित करते हैं, तो audience setting को सावधानी से तय करें। YouTube अपनी “Made for kids” संबंधी मार्गदर्शिका में बच्चों के लिए stories और poems को प्रासंगिक कारकों में गिनता है और creators से अपने वीडियो का सही designation करने की अपेक्षा करता है—स्थान की परवाह किए बिना। केवल “परिवार के लिए सुरक्षित” होना अपने-आप में निर्णय नहीं है; अभिप्रेत दर्शक और सामग्री के अन्य पहलू देखें।

स्थिरता जाँचने और सुधारने का क्रम
- लंबे सार्वजनिक प्रसारण से पहले private या unlisted stream चलाकर अपने स्थान पर कनेक्शन को अलग-अलग समय पर जाँचें।
- यदि OBS में dropped frames बढ़ें, तो upload connection की स्थिरता जाँचें और bitrate घटाकर फिर परीक्षण करें। समस्या बनी रहे तो resolution घटाकर दोबारा private test करें।
- लंबे प्रसारण के दौरान कंप्यूटर, नेटवर्क उपकरण और बिजली की उपलब्धता पर विचार करें। UPS कंप्यूटर और Wi‑Fi router को brief local power interruption में चालू रखने का वैकल्पिक उपाय है; यह ISP outage या लंबी बिजली कटौती का समाधान नहीं है।
- दूसरे डिवाइस या नेटवर्क से समस्या अलग करके देखें। अपने रिकॉर्ड में समय, OBS status और Live Control Room में दिखी स्थिति लिखें; इससे कनेक्शन, कंप्यूटर और प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की समस्या में फर्क करना आसान होगा।
YouTube API में scheduled end time न देने पर broadcast को indefinite माना जा सकता है। इसका अर्थ केवल यह है कि शेड्यूल में तय end time नहीं है—यह uninterrupted delivery, archive की उपलब्धता या reconnect automation की गारंटी नहीं है।
कहानी के अधिकार और बच्चों की सुरक्षा
- प्रसारण से पहले कहानी के टेक्स्ट, illustrations, recordings और music के अधिकार जाँचें। अनुमति में live-streaming और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर पुनःप्रसारण या archive शामिल हैं या नहीं, यह स्पष्ट करें।
- किसी किताब को पुरानी, लोकप्रिय या इंटरनेट पर उपलब्ध देखकर public domain अथवा streamable न मानें। अधिकार देश और सामग्री के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं।
- यदि बच्चे प्रसारण में शामिल हों, तो YouTube के लागू safety नियमों और वयस्क निगरानी पर ध्यान दें। बच्चों को शामिल करना कहानी स्ट्रीम करने की अनिवार्य शर्त नहीं है।
