The honest answer: You cannot count on a legal, free live stream of every UFC event in the United States. In 2026, Paramount+ is the main U.S. home for UFC, while select marquee numbered events may also be simulcast on CBS.
“Free” has three meanings in this guide: a qualifying CBS broadcast received over the air, official UFC videos and fight-week programming that UFC makes free to watch, or viewing included with an existing Paramount+ subscription. Paramount+ itself is not universally free, and no complete free live stream of every event was verified from official sources.
Here are the ten legal ways to watch UFC live or follow the action without resorting to unauthorized streams.
What “free” means for UFC in 2026
There is no verified, universal legal stream that shows every UFC event live for free in the United States. For the 2026 U.S. schedule, Paramount+ is the primary direct-to-consumer home for UFC, and select marquee numbered events may also be simulcast on CBS.

That creates three different meanings of “free”:
- Free over-the-air television: You may be able to watch a qualifying CBS simulcast without paying an event fee or monthly TV-streaming subscription.
- Free official UFC content: UFC publishes selected full fights, highlights, Embedded episodes, press conferences, weigh-ins, and other fight-week coverage online.
- No new event fee: Someone who already pays for Paramount+ can watch the UFC schedule included with that subscription, but Paramount+ itself is not free.
Important: Check the official UFC event and Watch pages before every card. They are the operational source for the U.S. platform, start times, and any CBS simulcast. Not every UFC event is shown on CBS, and local CBS availability varies.
At a glance: the 10 legal options
| Option | What you can watch | Is it genuinely free? |
|---|---|---|
| Local CBS | Select marquee numbered events | Yes, when the event is simulcast and you receive the local station |
| Indoor antenna | The same qualifying local CBS broadcast | The broadcast can be free; the antenna is separate hardware |
| Existing Paramount+ account | The included live UFC schedule | No new event fee, but the subscription is paid |
| UFC Free Fights | Selected complete fights on demand | Yes |
| UFC highlights and recaps | Key moments and post-event coverage | Usually, through official UFC channels |
| UFC Embedded | Behind-the-scenes fight-week episodes | Yes when published publicly |
| Press conferences | Official pre-fight media events | Often, for qualifying events |
| Weigh-in shows | Official weigh-ins and ceremonial events | Often, depending on the event |
| UFC social channels | Event-specific ancillary live coverage | Sometimes; platform and availability vary |
| Free fan events and watch parties | In-person fight-week programming | Occasionally, depending on location and event |
1. Watch a qualifying UFC event on local CBS
The strongest genuinely free live-TV option is a UFC event that CBS simulcasts. Under the 2026 Paramount/TKO rights arrangement, Paramount+ is the exclusive direct-to-consumer home for the U.S. UFC slate, while select marquee numbered events are also scheduled for CBS.
If the particular event is included and your local CBS affiliate carries it, you can watch the broadcast without buying a UFC pay-per-view event. You might receive CBS over the air, through an existing cable or satellite package, or through another TV service that already includes your local station. Only the over-the-air route is a true no-monthly-fee option.

Before relying on this method:
- Open the official UFC event or Watch page for the card you want.
- Confirm that CBS is listed for the U.S. broadcast.
- Check your local CBS affiliate’s listings for the date and start time.
- Confirm whether the listing covers the entire advertised broadcast or only a particular portion of the event.
Local listings matter because a national rights announcement does not guarantee identical availability in every market. If CBS is not listed for that event, move to the Paramount+ or official on-demand options instead of assuming an unofficial stream is legitimate.
2. Use an indoor TV antenna for the CBS option
An indoor TV antenna does not create UFC access by itself. It simply receives the free, local over-the-air CBS signal when a qualifying UFC broadcast is available in your area. This is the practical hardware companion to the first method, not a separate way to watch events that CBS does not carry.
An antenna can make sense when you:
- Live within usable reception range of a CBS affiliate.
- Want to avoid a cable, satellite, or live-TV streaming subscription.
- Are comfortable checking local reception and rescanning channels when necessary.
Reception depends on your location, the distance and direction of the transmitter, building materials, nearby obstructions, and the antenna’s placement. Put it near a window or in a location with the clearest practical signal, then use your television’s channel-scan function. Check reception before fight night rather than discovering during the broadcast that the signal is unreliable.

3. Watch through an existing Paramount+ subscription
For the 2026 U.S. UFC schedule, an active Paramount+ subscription is the main authorized online viewing route. UFC’s viewing guidance indicates that viewers need an active subscription and an internet connection. If you already pay for the service, this may let you watch without a separate event purchase.
That is no additional event fee, not free access. A new viewer should not sign up expecting Paramount+ to be a permanently free service. Pricing, introductory offers, trial eligibility, bundles, and promotional terms can change, so check the current U.S. offer directly before subscribing.
Paramount+ viewing is available through a web browser and mobile devices, as well as supported living-room hardware such as Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android devices, Xbox, and compatible smart-TV platforms. A streaming stick or smart-TV app can make authorized viewing more convenient, but no device removes the subscription requirement.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFor the least stressful setup, sign in before the event, update the app, confirm that your subscription is active, and test the device on the official UFC or Paramount+ page before the advertised start time.
4. Watch official UFC Free Fight videos
UFC publishes selected complete bouts labeled Free Fight. These are legitimate on-demand videos and are often a good way to see a notable matchup, revisit a fighter’s style, or catch up on an older bout without paying for a live event.
They are not a free live feed of every current UFC card. A Free Fight may be selected by UFC for promotional, historical, or fight-week reasons, and availability can change. Look for the explicit Free Fight label on UFC’s own video pages rather than assuming that any third-party upload is authorized.
This option is best for viewers who want the fight itself but do not need to watch it at the moment it happens. It is also the safest way to sample a matchup before deciding whether a paid live viewing option is worthwhile.

If you missed an event, official UFC highlights and post-event recaps can provide the decisive moments without requiring a full-event replay. These videos may cover a knockout, submission, controversial sequence, title fight, or the most important exchanges from the card.
Highlights are useful when you want the result and major action quickly, but they are not equivalent to watching every round. Editing can omit tactical stretches, undercard bouts, walkouts, commentary, and the context surrounding a finish.

Use UFC’s official pages and channels for this material. Do not treat a video title promising a “full replay” as proof that the upload is authorized; verify whether UFC itself identifies the video as a replay, a Free Fight, or a highlight.
6. Watch UFC Embedded episodes
UFC Embedded is official fight-week programming that follows athletes through training, travel, preparation, media obligations, and the final days before an event. Episodes frequently appear through UFC’s video hub and related official channels at no additional charge.
Embedded is a documentary-style way to understand the personalities and preparation behind a card. It can show how fighters approach camp, weight management, strategy, and fight-week pressure. It does not show the live bouts themselves and should not be confused with a live main-card stream or a complete replay.
Availability and episode count are event-specific. Search the official UFC video area for the event name and confirm that the episode comes from a UFC-controlled channel.
7. Stream official pre-fight press conferences
For qualifying events, UFC may stream pre-fight press conferences free through UFC.com and its official social channels. These provide athlete interviews, face-offs, promoter announcements, and fight-week storylines before the competition begins.
Press conferences are not fight coverage. They can be delayed, rescheduled, or absent for a particular event, so check the specific event page for the date, time, and platform. A reliable routine is to look at the official UFC event listing a few days before the card and again on fight day, since schedules can change.
Expect media questions and promotional discussion rather than live competition. For many fans, however, the press conference is part of the event experience and costs nothing to watch when UFC makes it publicly available.
8. Stream the official weigh-in shows
UFC weigh-in shows and ceremonial weigh-ins are another legitimate free part of fight week when they are publicly scheduled. Depending on the event, UFC may list coverage on UFC.com, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or another official channel.
The formal weigh-in verifies whether athletes make the contracted limit, while a ceremonial weigh-in typically adds the public stage, face-offs, and crowd atmosphere. Neither includes the live fights. They are useful for seeing the athletes together, hearing final comments, and understanding late changes to the card.

Because UFC does not use every platform for every event, follow the links and instructions on the official event page rather than assuming that a particular social account will carry the show. Be especially careful with copied livestream titles from unaffiliated accounts.

9. Follow UFC’s official social accounts for ancillary live coverage
UFC’s official YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social accounts may carry event-related live programming or short-form coverage. Depending on the card, that can include interviews, arrivals, press events, weigh-ins, backstage segments, and other fight-week material.
This is a useful free supplement when you want to follow an event without paying for the live fights. It is not a guaranteed substitute for the broadcast. Platform availability, regional access, start times, and the exact type of coverage are event-specific.
The safest approach is to begin at the official UFC event page and use the social destination UFC identifies there. That avoids confusing an authorized ancillary broadcast with an unauthorized restream of the fights.
10. Attend an official free fan event or watch party
UFC occasionally announces free public or free-ticketed fight-week experiences, including fan events and watch parties. These are not permanent online viewing services, but they can provide a legal way to experience UFC programming without purchasing the live event yourself.
Free tools Windows power users keep installed
One-click scans. No signup required.
Availability is highly dependent on the event, venue, city, capacity, and ticket rules. An official UFC Freedom 250 event page, for example, illustrates the type of free-ticketed fan experience and watch party the organization may announce. It should be treated as an example—not evidence that a similar event is available in every city or for every card.
Check UFC’s official event announcements for registration requirements, age restrictions, entry times, venue details, and whether the event is actually free or merely open to ticket holders. Do not pay a third party for a supposed “free UFC watch party” until the event can be verified through an official UFC or venue announcement.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What about UFC Fight Pass?
UFC Fight Pass is a paid digital service, so it does not belong on a list of free viewing methods. It can still be useful for its large historical library, thousands of hours of UFC and other combat-sports content, selected live programming, and some non-UFC promotions.
Do not assume Fight Pass is the destination for a particular current U.S. UFC event. The live schedule is title- and region-specific, and the current UFC Watch or event page should take priority. Check the individual listing before subscribing for one particular card.

How to check an event before fight night
- Start with UFC’s official Watch or Events page. Confirm the U.S. platform and whether CBS is listed.
- Check the local CBS listing. A national simulcast announcement does not guarantee that your local affiliate will carry every event in the same way.
- Separate live coverage from free extras. Free Fight videos, highlights, Embedded, press conferences, and weigh-ins are not the main live broadcast.
- Confirm your account or hardware. Paramount+ viewers should test their login and supported device. Antenna viewers should scan for a stable local CBS signal.
- Check times on the day. Start times and ancillary-program schedules can move, and preliminaries may have a different distribution from the main card.
Legitimate streaming troubleshooting for Windows viewers
Optional Windows note: If you are already authorized to watch through Paramount+ or an official UFC page but your Windows computer is crashing, freezing, or behaving unusually, first try the basics: update the browser, restart the device and router, close unnecessary tabs, disable conflicting extensions, and test another supported browser.
For readers who need to fix streaming problems on Windows, Outbyte PC Repair describes cleanup, repair, optimization, and privacy-related functions, while Outbyte Driver Updater describes scanning for outdated or missing drivers and applying recommended updates. These are optional system-maintenance tools—not UFC access tools. They do not unlock content, bypass a subscription, defeat geographic controls, or guarantee that buffering will disappear. Check the product’s current features, pricing, and terms before using it.
Hardware or software maintenance cannot compensate for an unavailable broadcast. If the event is not listed for your region or subscription, troubleshooting will not create legal access to it.
Why unofficial “free UFC” streams are a bad bet
Unauthorized restreams and so-called free sports-streaming pages are not included in these ten options. They can disappear without warning, show deceptive advertisements, request risky downloads or notifications, expose viewers to malware, and raise copyright concerns. They also frequently misrepresent a short clip, a radio feed, or a commentary stream as the full event.
Do not bypass geographic or subscription controls, use a mirror site to obtain a paid broadcast, or rebroadcast UFC footage without permission. If a free stream cannot be verified through UFC, CBS, Paramount+, or an official UFC-controlled channel, it should not be presented as a legal viewing method.
Which option is right for you?
- You want a complete live event with no new event purchase: Use an existing Paramount+ subscription, if the event is included, or check whether that particular marquee event is simulcast on your local CBS station.
- You want a genuinely free live broadcast: Check CBS first. An indoor antenna can receive the local over-the-air station, but only when CBS is carrying that event and reception is adequate.
- You want free UFC content on demand: Look for official Free Fight videos, highlights, recaps, and Embedded episodes.
- You want fight-week atmosphere: Check the official press conference, weigh-in, social coverage, and any announced fan event or watch party.
- You want an archive: Consider the paid UFC Fight Pass library, but verify its current event and regional availability before subscribing.
The practical rule is to verify the event first and choose the content level second. A legitimate free live broadcast may exist for a specific CBS simulcast, but no official source in the current U.S. guidance promises every UFC event live for free.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I watch every UFC event free on CBS?
No. Select marquee numbered events may be simulcast on CBS, but not every UFC event is carried there. Check the specific UFC event listing and your local CBS affiliate before assuming a card is available for free.
Is Paramount+ a free way to watch UFC?
No. Paramount+ requires an active subscription and an internet connection. Existing subscribers may watch the included UFC schedule without a separate event purchase, but that is not the same as a free service.
Free tools Windows power users keep installed
One-click scans. No signup required.
Does UFC Fight Pass show every current UFC event?
No. Fight Pass is a paid service. It offers a large archive and selected live programming, but the current U.S. destination for a particular UFC event should be confirmed on the official UFC Watch or event page.
Are UFC Free Fight videos live broadcasts?
No. UFC Free Fight videos are selected complete bouts available on demand. They are not a free live stream or a complete replay of every current event.
The Bottom Line
Bottom line: In the U.S., the only dependable genuinely free live path is a qualifying UFC event on your local CBS station, potentially received with an antenna. The other free options are official fights, highlights, Embedded episodes, press conferences, weigh-ins, social coverage, or occasional fan events. Paramount+ is the main 2026 online destination, but it requires a subscription—even when there is no separate event fee.
