The short answer
There is no verified evidence that Charles and Alyssa have broken up again. As of August 7, 2026, the most defensible conclusion is that a current breakup remains unconfirmed. Their last well-documented public milestones point to an ongoing family relationship, although those posts cannot prove what is happening privately now.
This distinction matters. It is inaccurate to say that Charles and Alyssa have never broken up: their own content refers to a previous separation. It is equally unsupported to state as fact that they are currently separated.

Charles Davis and Alyssa Hyde, who run the joint YouTube channel Charles & Alyssa Forever, previously went through a breakup identified in secondary documentation as occurring in 2022. A channel-analytics listing from SubSub records December 5, 2025, as the most recent upload on the main channel. That is useful as an activity record, but it is not a statement from either creator and cannot establish their private relationship status.
Why are fans speculating?
The immediate source of the rumors appears to be reduced visibility and uncertainty around the couple’s posting schedule. Similar speculation circulated in 2023, when viewers noticed that Charles and Alyssa had disappeared or were uploading less frequently. Reddit discussions from that period included competing explanations, but they did not provide independently verified proof of a breakup.
Other fan discussions have floated claims involving cheating, abuse, illness, or a secret separation. None of those claims should be presented as fact based on the material available. Online theories can show what viewers suspect; they do not verify why a couple stopped posting or what is happening away from the camera.
What the evidence does—and does not—show
- They did separate in the past. Their video title and subsequent documentation make the earlier breakup part of the public record.
- They later reconciled. Their renewed joint appearances and relationship announcements followed that separation.
- They were publicly together through major milestones in 2024 and 2025. The engagement, pregnancy, gender reveal, and birth announcements all support that conclusion.
- There is no recent, explicit breakup announcement. Neither creator appears to have confirmed a new split in 2026.
- Older posts cannot prove their current private status. Even the birth announcement, while strong evidence of their relationship at the time, does not independently establish what their relationship looks like on August 7, 2026.
Claims that should be treated cautiously
One low-quality article claims that Charles and Alyssa broke up in 2014. That date conflicts with the better-documented timeline and is accompanied by other timeline errors. It should not be used as evidence.
Another misleading claim says the couple has never confirmed a breakup. That ignores the video explicitly titled “Why we REALLY Broke up.” The unresolved question is not whether they ever separated. It is whether a second breakup has occurred.

It is also too strong to say that the pregnancy and birth videos prove they are still together today. They establish that Charles and Alyssa were publicly presenting themselves as a couple and family during 2024 and 2025. They do not replace a current statement.

What can responsibly be reported?
A careful account should separate documented events from inference. The documented events are the earlier breakup, reconciliation, engagement, pregnancy, and birth of their daughter. The inference is that they may still be together because no new split has been announced and their recent public record is family-oriented.
That inference is plausible, but it is not conclusive. Public figures can stop posting for many reasons, including privacy, work, family responsibilities, or a change in how they use social media. Until Charles or Alyssa addresses the matter directly, the breakup rumor remains speculation.
