We all know that going to the bathroom is an important part of taking care of ourselves and maintaining good hygiene. But what many people don’t understand is that using the restroom can also be beneficial for our mental health as well. The act of taking a break from your day-to-day responsibilities by having a moment alone can help relieve stress, provide clarity, and even help us stay focused throughout the day.
In order to make sure that these three years are spent as effectively and comfortably as possible, it’s important to invest in quality toilet furniture that is designed with comfort in mind. Look for seats with ample padding and durable materials like wood or plastic so you’re not dealing with wobbly fixtures every time you need to go. You should also consider adding additional features like a bidet or heated seat to make your experience more enjoyable (and cleaner).
