After Anthony Joshua beat Jake Paul in Miami in December 2025, Logan Paul reportedly entered the ring and tried to take the Polymarket-branded chain Joshua was wearing. Logan later described the act as retaliation for Jake’s broken jaw. Why did Logan Paul say he took the chain?
In an interview with DAZN, as quoted by The Times of India, Logan framed the attempt as payback for the injury Jake suffered during the fight: “You snatched my brother’s jaw. I snatch your chain.” He also called it “a half-million-dollar chain.” Those are Logan’s statements, not independent confirmation of his motive or the chain’s value. A later Times of India report says Logan took the chain to Rick Harrison’s Las Vegas pawn shop and accepted a $30,000 offer. Was Anthony Joshua actually fuming?
That description is not supported by the available account. The report describes a short confrontation, without substantiating Joshua’s emotional state. Its later headline instead characterizes Logan as fuming over the pawn-shop offer. The claim that Joshua was angry in the ring should therefore not be treated as established.
