Washington told the newspaper that becoming responsible for a family changed him: “It just makes me a lot more responsible.” He also said, “Every time I come home, they always have smiles on their faces. Always excited to see me and just happy to have me in their presence.”
Discussing Aiden, Washington said, “I just want him to have the same life as if he was my son.” Those comments describe his relationship with his stepson as reported by The Dallas Morning News.
