Brian Miller is Carol Burnett’s husband. Burnett identified him by name in a June 25, 2007 interview, and a Los Angeles Philharmonic profile also referred to Burnett’s husband Brian.
What does Brian Miller do?
Burnett described Miller in 2007 as a music contractor, the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra’s personnel manager and an accomplished musician. Those descriptions reflect her account at that time and should not be treated as confirmation of his current job title.
A December 2001 report described Miller as a percussionist who played with the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra and the Pantages Theatre Orchestra. Together, the accounts establish his professional connection to orchestral and percussion work, but they do not provide a verified present-day résumé.

How did Carol Burnett and Brian Miller meet?
Burnett said: “It’s his name’s Brian Miller and we met 14 years ago when I was doing a show in Long Beach that Kenny Mitzy had done.” Because the interview was conducted in 2007, her wording places their meeting at approximately 1993; that year is an inference rather than a separately confirmed date.
