London: the Holland Park house
Property coverage describes the Holland Park house as the couple’s primary residence and London base. The House & Garden overview from July 2026 identifies the United Kingdom as their primary base, and David Beckham referred to the Holland Park house in his 2025 interview with Country Life.

“Primary” is a media description. It is not an official residence declaration, and it does not establish how often either spouse is in London. Treat London as the home base the reporting names, not as a schedule.
The Cotswolds: a family retreat near Chipping Norton
The family’s country home lies near Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire. In a 2025 interview with Country Life, David Beckham spoke about the house, which the magazine describes as a weekend home on about 26 acres. He focused on family time and on the garden and countryside he has developed around it. His account of the house is direct:

Country Life reports that the couple bought the property in 2016 and that Beckham developed its gardens and the surrounding land. These details come from the magazine’s account. They have not been checked against land-registry records, so treat the purchase year and acreage as reported figures.

Miami: a sold penthouse and a newer Beach home
Miami is where the Beckhams’ Miami history changed, and most confusion comes from mixing the two properties together.
The first is the One Thousand Museum penthouse in downtown Miami. The Miami Herald reported in February 2026 that the couple had sold it. Readers searching for where the Beckhams will live now after selling their condo are asking about this sale. The $24 million price that appears in some of those searches is not confirmed by the reporting this article relies on.

The second is a waterfront home in Miami Beach. The Miami Herald covered the couple’s purchase process for a Miami Beach waterfront mansion in October 2024. That is the newer Miami property, and it is the one to name when describing their current Miami base. Published reporting does not confirm whether they still hold it in the same way, so describe it as a reported purchase rather than a verified current holding.
The Miami connection is usually discussed alongside David Beckham’s football interests. Reporting does not link either Miami home to a specific work schedule.
