That history is not a verified list of homes she owns today: available accounts do not establish current title for every property. A house she bought for her mother and a reported Los Angeles home belong in separate categories.
What homes have been publicly reported?
The clearest way to understand Cardi B’s real-estate history is to separate the properties by their reported connection to her, rather than treat every house mentioned in coverage as a current personal residence.

| Buckhead, Atlanta, Georgia | Purchased with Offset in 2019; Architectural Digest reported a $5.8 million purchase price. | About 22,000 square feet; five bedrooms. Published bathroom counts differ. Architectural Digest describes a study, marble bathrooms and fireplaces, basement bar and wine cellar. | Cardi publicly denied sale rumors in July 2024. That statement is not a current title record. |
| Tenafly, New Jersey | Added to the couple’s portfolio in 2021; Cardi called it a home in New York. | About 13,000 square feet, nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, with a movie theater, pool and tennis court. | Reported as their property at the time; the cited coverage does not establish present title. |
| Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic | Reportedly given to Cardi by Offset for her 29th birthday in 2021. | Reported value of $1.49 million; six-bedroom villa with seven and a half bathrooms, two pools and Caribbean views. | Cardi said she wanted to invest in short-term rentals, but that does not establish current ownership or rental availability. |
These are reported figures, not a complete, legally verified inventory. The sources do not support a definitive count of Cardi B’s currently owned mansions.
The Atlanta estate she bought with Offset
Architectural Digest reported that Cardi B and Offset purchased a 22,000-square-foot Buckhead estate in 2019 for $5.8 million. Its account lists five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, as well as a private study, marble bathrooms and fireplaces, a basement bar and a wine cellar (Architectural Digest’s account of the couple’s properties). The Independent, relaying Realtor.com details, gives a different bathroom tally: seven full bathrooms plus fractional bathrooms. Because published counts conflict, a single exact total would be misleading.
#1 Best Overall
In July 2024, Cardi pushed back on foreclosure and sale rumors in a post on X reproduced by iHeart. She wrote that she and Offset had bought the house “for 5 million,” said “now it’s worth 7,” and added, “And no, we not selling it… and if I ever sold it I would just sell my part to Offset since he loves Atlanta” (iHeart’s report reproducing the post). Those $5 million and $7 million figures are Cardi’s own claims; the stated purchase figure differs from Architectural Digest’s $5.8 million, and the later value is not an independent appraisal or proof of current ownership.
Architectural Digest later reported that Cardi had expressed dislike of Atlanta, quoting an Instagram Live in which she said she had no friends or family there and “So I just don’t like Atlanta.” Its March 2025 account also noted that Zillow showed no listing since 2019 at the time of its check. That historical observation does not establish the estate’s listing or ownership status now.

The Tenafly estate she called her New York home
In 2021, Cardi announced that she and her husband had added a home “in NY” to their portfolio, saying they had dreamed of having a place there so she could host family (Architectural Digest). The reported location is Tenafly, New Jersey, across the Hudson River from New York City—not New York State.
Architectural Digest describes the estate as roughly 13,000 square feet, with nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a movie theater, pool and tennis court. “The Tenafly estate she described as her New York home” preserves both the reported location and Cardi’s own framing without implying that the property is in New York City or the state.

The Las Terrenas property Offset reportedly gave her
Architectural Digest and The Independent reported that Offset gave Cardi a Las Terrenas property for her 29th birthday in 2021. Architectural Digest put its value at $1.49 million and described a six-bedroom villa with seven and a half bathrooms, two pools and Caribbean views (Architectural Digest).
Cardi’s Instagram caption, reproduced by Architectural Digest, explained the idea behind the gift: “For a hot minute now I’ve been telling Set that I really want to invest in short-term home rental properties in the DR and other Caribbean countries.” That statement describes her investment interest; it does not show that the villa is currently operated as a rental, available to book, or still owned by her.

Why her mother’s house is a separate property
In 2018, Cardi bought a three-story house for her mother. Architectural Digest describes a finished-basement gym and a large kitchen, and quotes Cardi saying she was happy her daughter could visit her grandmother’s house there (Architectural Digest’s report on the purchase). This was a gift or family purchase for her mother, not evidence that Cardi herself owns or lives in the home.

iHeart reported that Cardi and Offset also had a Los Angeles home that reportedly went on the market in 2023. The report does not establish whether it sold or who owns it now, so it should be described as a former or uncertain property rather than a confirmed current mansion (iHeart’s report on the reported listing).

What the public record in these reports can—and cannot—show
Media accounts and Cardi’s public statements document a useful property history, but they are not a substitute for current deeds or title records. The Atlanta denial is a statement from July 2024, not confirmation of title in 2026; the Las Terrenas caption expresses investment plans, not proof of rental operations; and the Los Angeles report does not say what happened after the reported 2023 listing. It is therefore more accurate to describe these as properties publicly associated with Cardi B than to present them as a definitive list of mansions she owns today.
