There isn’t enough information in the phrase “hidden streamer” to identify one service with confidence. It may refer to a free TV hub built into a smart TV—VIZIO WatchFree+ is one possibility—or to an app such as Pluto TV, Xumo Play, Plex, or The Roku Channel.
