The three stars of Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide reunited as podcast hosts, but that is only part of the cast’s story. Devon Werkheiser, Lindsey Shaw and Daniel Curtis Lee later discussed a possible reboot; Werkheiser also apologized after a 2024 livestream response to the documentary Quiet on Set drew criticism. Separate late-2025 reporting described supporting actor Tylor Chase as experiencing homelessness, but it does not establish his circumstances today.
Who were the main cast members?
Paramount+ identifies Devon Werkheiser as Ned Bigby, Lindsey Shaw as Jennifer “Moze” Mosely and Daniel Curtis Lee as Simon “Cookie” Nelson-Cook among the series’ featured cast. The show followed Ned and his friends through middle school, using Ned’s advice for navigating school life as its framing device.
These three leads have had a public reunion through a podcast. That does not amount to a complete update on every actor who appeared in the series: the available information supports specific updates about the leads and a few supporting cast members, not a comprehensive current-career inventory for the ensemble.
What are Devon Werkheiser, Lindsey Shaw and Daniel Curtis Lee doing now?
They host a reunion podcast
Werkheiser, Shaw and Lee host Ned’s Declassified Podcast Survival Guide, a show about adulthood. Apple Podcasts lists Studio71 as its creator and shows it active from 2023 through 2026, with 161 episodes at the time of the October 8, 2026 check. Those are catalog details, not audience figures, and the listing may change.

The podcast has also brought other people connected with the series into the conversation. A May 2024 episode listing names former cast member Carlie Casey, who played Missy Meany, as a guest.
What can be said about their other current work?
The sources supporting this cast update establish the trio’s podcast reunion, but do not provide a full, current account of each actor’s other work. It would be misleading to turn those limited updates into a complete “where are they now” biography.

Is a Ned’s Declassified reboot happening?
The podcast’s May 2023 episode description says the hosts discussed why a reboot “won’t happen anytime soon.” That is evidence of what the cast discussed and how they described the outlook at that time; it is not confirmation of a current studio decision.
The available information does not establish that a reboot was filmed, approved or produced. A discussion or pitch is not the same as a commissioned series, and the 2023 account should not be treated as a definitive statement about the project’s status in 2026.

Why did the cast face criticism over Quiet on Set?
In 2024, Werkheiser and other Ned’s Declassified cast members drew criticism for joking during a TikTok livestream about Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, according to TIME. TIME reported that Werkheiser later apologized, saying he felt horrible for speaking about the documentary without having watched it and was heartbroken for actors who had been hurt.
This was a reaction to another production’s documentary. The reported criticism and apology do not establish that the documentary’s allegations concerned the set of Ned’s Declassified, or that the cast members’ experiences were the same as those described in the documentary.

What was reported about Tylor Chase?
Late-2025 entertainment reporting described Tylor Chase, who played Martin Qwerly, as experiencing homelessness and said Daniel Curtis Lee had reached out to try to help. That is a dated report, not a direct current statement from Chase or a public agency. The available sources do not establish Chase’s circumstances in October 2026.
There is not enough verified information here to explain the causes of the reported situation, make claims about Chase’s health or family relationships, or say that his circumstances have remained unchanged. Those details should not be inferred from a brief report.

Quick Recap
What the cast update does—and does not—establish
- The best-documented update for the three leads is their reunion as hosts of Ned’s Declassified Podcast Survival Guide.
- The reboot discussion is a 2023 account of the cast’s outlook, not evidence that a reboot exists or that a present-day studio decision has been made.
- The 2024 Quiet on Set response and Werkheiser’s apology are a separate chronology, reported by TIME.
- The account of Chase’s situation is late-2025 reporting and does not establish his current circumstances.
- Updates about supporting cast members should be assessed individually; the available information is not a full current biography of the ensemble.
