Vanderpump Rules Season 11 follows the original cast in the aftermath of Tom Sandoval’s affair with Rachel Leviss, a scandal commonly called “Scandoval.” It premiered on Bravo on January 30, 2024, and centers on Sandoval’s attempts to repair friendships, Ariana Madix’s boundaries after their breakup, and the practical strain of the former couple still sharing a home.
What happened on Vanderpump Rules Season 11?
The season picks up after the Season 10 scandal, with the friend group trying to resume everyday life while old loyalties are under pressure. Its central question is whether Sandoval can make amends—and whether the group can move forward without asking Ariana to relax the limits she has set on contact with her ex.
Ariana and Sandoval’s shared home makes the breakup more than a social conflict: the former couple remain under one roof in a stalemate over the house. Around them, the ensemble disagrees over how much space Sandoval should be given and what friendship requires after the affair.
Scheana Shay’s complicated sympathy for Sandoval strains her relationship with Ariana. Lala Kent’s commentary and shifting alliances add another source of friction, while Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz remain entangled in the group’s relationship politics. James Kennedy and Ally Lewber’s life together offers a counterpoint to the season’s older fractures. Lisa Vanderpump serves as a mentor and mediator figure.

How many episodes are there, and what is the season’s arc?
Peacock’s listing contains 15 numbered season episodes before the reunion. The episodes follow Sandoval’s return and efforts to make peace, Ariana’s boundaries, and the group’s competing loyalties. Conflicts involving Katie and Lala also develop, and one episode set at SUR brings former cast member Jax Taylor back into the story. Consult the episode guide for the exact title and number associated with a particular plot point.
The season is structured as an ensemble account of fallout rather than a single-person story: the house dispute and Sandoval’s attempted reconciliation keep colliding with the rest of the group’s arguments about loyalty, friendship, and moving on.

What happened at the Season 11 reunion?
Bravo split the reunion into three parts, originally scheduled for May 14, May 21, and May 28, 2024. The cast revisits Sandoval’s choices, Ariana’s future and the house, Scheana and Brock’s marriage, the changing friendship between Ariana and Scheana, Katie and Schwartz, and Lala’s comments.
Bravo said the cast watched the finale’s closing minutes together onstage for the first time; those minutes had been withheld from the cast beforehand. The reunion therefore deliberately connects the finale to the discussion that follows it. In Bravo’s official description, Part 3 ends with Ariana breaking her no-contact rule with Sandoval.
Peacock’s season listing also includes reunion entries marked uncensored and extended, as well as a Secrets Revealed episode listed as episode 19. Bravo’s May 2024 preview said that special would stream on May 29 and include previously unseen moments; that is its original release date, not confirmation of present availability.

The original U.S. schedule was Bravo on Tuesdays, with episodes streaming on Peacock the following day. Peacock’s January 2024 guide specified a January 30 premiere at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Bravo also announced that extended and uncensored reunion versions would be available on Peacock the next day.

Is Season 11 the last season of Vanderpump Rules?
No. Season 11 is the last season centered on the original group, not the series finale. The Associated Press reported in November 2024 that Bravo planned to recast Season 12 apart from Lisa Vanderpump, and Bravo’s current series page promotes Season 12 with a new ensemble. Season 11 is best understood as the close of the original-cast era before that reset.
