Short answer: do not assume that a song is legal or safe to download simply because a Tubidy-branded page offers it for free. - new.tubidy.mobi describes itself in its terms as a digital-media search engine and conversion tool for finding, streaming, and downloading publicly available audio and video from third-party platforms. Its terms place responsibility for unauthorized use of third-party material on the user.
- tubidy.fm uses different language. Its terms define streaming as real-time transmission not intended to be copied, permanently downloaded, or redistributed, and say that other uses require authorization.
- mp3.tubidy.cool presents itself as a free video-hosting service and contains separate language concerning user uploads, storage, and downloads.
The practical consequence is important: there is no reliable, universal “Tubidy download method” that applies to every domain. A page using the Tubidy name may have different operators, terms, catalog sources, and technical behavior from another page using the same name. Treat the exact domain and its current terms as material information, not as minor details.

Streaming, offline access, and a permanent MP3 are different things
People often use “download” to mean several different actions:

The Federal Trade Commission warns that downloads advertised as music, apps, or games can conceal malware that installs when opened.
