DUNE: The Experience is planned to debut in Los Angeles in November 2026, offering an announced interactive journey through the Dune film trilogy. Fever announced the event on September 30, 2026, in partnership with Legendary Entertainment and Warner Bros. Pictures. Its waitlist is open through the Fever app and website, but the announcement does not give an opening date, venue, prices, or a ticket-sale date.
What is DUNE: The Experience?
Fever describes DUNE: The Experience as an interactive journey through the Dune motion picture trilogy. The announcement outlines a mix of story-driven activities, film-inspired environments, artifacts, and themed amenities.
- Interactive storytelling, cinematic soundscapes, visual set pieces, and iconic environments.
- Challenges linked to the Bene Gesserit and hidden messages in carvings.
- A chance to sit on Paul Atreides’ throne and a sandworm photo opportunity.
- A display of original costumes, props, weapons, vehicles, and other production artifacts from the trilogy.
- Themed food and beverages, curated retail, and additional photo settings.
These are features Fever says are planned; the announcement does not confirm that every feature will be available at every session. Fever says additional cities will be announced later, but has not named them.

How does it fit with Dune: Part Three?
DUNE: The Experience is being promoted in support of the next film, but it is a separate in-person event rather than a theatrical screening. The official film site says Denis Villeneuve directs Dune: Part Three from a screenplay by Villeneuve and Brian K. Vaughan, based on novels by Frank Herbert. Its synopsis places the story nearly two decades after Paul Atreides takes control of the Imperium: now emperor, Paul faces the consequences of his reign and a conspiracy in which Chani is central.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Should you plan for the experience or the film?
The clearest distinction is format: the experience is described as interactive and in person, while the film is a theatrical and IMAX release. Location and timing matter too. The event’s announced debut is in Los Angeles in November, whereas the film has a published release schedule for international markets and North America in December. The event announcement does not provide enough detail to compare its price, venue, or exact dates with a particular trip or screening.
