ABC announced that the daily podcast Behind the Table, hosted by executive producer Brian Teta, began its new season September 8, and that The Weekend View returned September 12.
Did The View get a new studio for Season 30?
The official Season 30 announcement does not say that the show moved studios or received a new set. The downtown New York studio news belongs to Season 28, which premiered September 3, 2024—not the 2026 season.

In its August 2024 announcement, ABC described the Season 28 location as an “all-new downtown NYC studio.” Teta said at the time: “We are excited to get back to the table to dive into the topics that our viewers really care about.” He also said the move would happen “just two months before Election Day,” referring to the 2024 presidential election. ABC’s Season 28 studio announcement attributes both remarks to Teta, then the show’s executive producer.
That earlier studio announcement helps explain why searches or previews may connect Goldberg with a “new studio.” It is not evidence of a second move in 2026. The written Season 30 announcement and episode listing reviewed do not establish the contents of any particular promotional image or teaser, or a Goldberg statement about a changed set.
