Netflix’s three newly listed WWE programs were WWE Raw Vault, WWE SmackDown Vault, and WWE NXT Vault. They were curated archive collections added during the January 2025 WWE rollout—not three newly commissioned weekly wrestling series. The listings appeared ahead of Raw’s live Netflix premiere on January 6, 2025.
The titles and their archive descriptions were reported in Netflix’s upcoming-content listings by Sports Illustrated and Khel Now.

What the three WWE programs were
WWE Raw Vault
Raw Vault focused on more than three decades of Raw history, bringing together archival matches, memorable moments and Superstar-led material. “Vault” is the important word: this was a browseable historical collection rather than a new live weekly show continuing current storylines.
WWE SmackDown Vault
SmackDown Vault covered the blue brand from its Attitude Era origins through later periods. Its emphasis was on selected historic matches, milestones and notable moments from SmackDown’s run.

WWE NXT Vault
NXT Vault centered on NXT’s developmental and in-ring history. The description referenced selected Premium Live Events, classic encounters and TakeOver-era material, giving viewers an entry point into NXT’s most prominent periods.
When they appeared on Netflix
The three Vault titles appeared in Netflix’s “coming soon” listings before the live Raw launch. The initial U.S. archive and compilation rollout began on January 1, 2025, while Raw premiered live from Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome on January 6. The chronology is documented by Sports Illustrated, Khel Now and Netflix’s Tudum recap.

That means “Netflix debut” can refer to two different events: the early-January arrival of archive listings, or the January 6 live premiere of Raw. The Vaults were not the live premiere itself.

The first Netflix Raw included current stars and storylines involving The Rock, John Cena, Roman Reigns, Liv Morgan, Rhea Ripley, CM Punk and Seth Rollins, according to Netflix. That event was related to the broader partnership but was not one of the three Vault programs.

The Vaults were only one part of the initial U.S. slate. Other listed programs included WWE Road to WrestleMania, WWE Superstar Profiles, WWE Legend Profiles, WWE Raw Classics, WWE RAW Top 10 and WWE Best of Raw 2024, alongside weekly Raw episodes. The broader lineup is catalogued by What’s on Netflix.
So the accurate reading of “three new WWE shows” is three newly listed, Vault-branded archive collections within a much larger transition—not three Netflix original series ordered from scratch.

Availability depended on where you lived
Netflix’s WWE rights were not identical worldwide. WWE’s announcement described Raw availability in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Latin America and additional territories, while other WWE programming and specials were available internationally where applicable. The WWE terms are outlined at WWE.com.
The U.S. received a smaller initial selection of compilation-style archive programs, while many international markets received broader combinations of weekly shows, Premium Live Events and historical programming. Did the Vaults replace WWE Network?
Netflix became a major WWE distribution partner as WWE Network shut down in many international markets. The Vaults helped reorganize selected historical material for Netflix viewers, but they were not evidence that every WWE Network item had moved everywhere at once. The available library depended on territory, licensing and Netflix’s catalog structure.
“Vault” should therefore be read as a curated selection, not a promise of every Raw, SmackDown or NXT episode ever produced. Exact contents, release windows and present-day availability may differ by market.

U.S. viewers should not assume Netflix includes every WWE Premium Live Event or the complete historical library. Peacock’s WWE page and WWE.com are useful places to check other U.S. availability, news and clips, but neither is automatically a substitute for the Netflix live Raw arrangement.
