As of October 8, 2026, Disney has not confirmed Season 3 of The Santa Clauses in the official sources reviewed. Disney+ lists two seasons; there is no confirmed Season 3 release date, cast, or story. That means the show is unconfirmed—not officially canceled.
Will there be a Season 3 of The Santa Clauses?
There is no official Season 3 renewal announcement in the Disney sources reviewed. Disney+ currently lists The Santa Clauses as a two-season series, and the official materials found cover the show’s Season 2 renewal and release rather than a third season. Disney+’s series listing
That evidence does not establish that the series has been canceled. The accurate status is unconfirmed: Disney has not confirmed a third season in the sources checked, and no release date has been announced there.
When could Season 3 come out?
There is no confirmed premiere date or release window. Season 2 premiered on November 8, 2023, with two episodes, followed by weekly releases, according to Disney’s Season 2 announcement. That schedule is historical and does not indicate when—or whether—a new season will arrive.

What would Season 3 be about?

He then focused on training his son Cal to eventually take over the family business. Disney’s Season 2 announcement
That setup could provide a starting point for a future season, but it is not confirmation of what Season 3 would cover. No official plot details are available.

Disney’s Season 2 cast announcement named Tim Allen, Elizabeth Mitchell, Austin Kane, Elizabeth Allen-Dick, Devin Bright, Matilda Lawler, Rupali Redd, and Gabriel Iglesias, with Eric Stonestreet and Tracy Morgan among that season’s guest performers. Those names document Season 2’s cast; they do not confirm anyone’s involvement in a third season. Disney’s cast announcement

Disney said in its September 2023 Season 2 announcement that Season 1 ranked among the five most-watched original series on Disney+ by hours streamed during the 2022 holiday season, November 3 through December 31, 2022. This is a historical platform ranking for that period, not a current audience figure or evidence that Season 3 has been renewed. Disney’s September 2023 announcement
