Who is still together after the reunion?
Kaylee Needham and Summit Wallace
Kaylee and Summit were the only original Season 2 couple to leave the island together, and Tudum reported that they were still together after the reunion. They said they spent most nights together and planned to move to California and adopt a dog. Those move and adoption plans were intentions, not completed events reported in the update.
Kaylee described them as a team who spend quality time together, travel and support one another. Summit said they left the island “with intention,” rather than merely continuing to talk.

Scarlett Bentley and Cole
Scarlett left the island alone, but she and Cole later took time apart, worked on themselves and reunited. In the post-reunion account, they said they were together, living together and in a good place. Scarlett said they decided the relationship was “worth the hard work.”
Which couples split?
Sydney and Mikey
Sydney and Mikey were apart in the April 2026 update. Sydney left the finale with Xzavier, then she and Mikey tried the relationship again after filming before ending that reconciliation. Tudum records differing descriptions from the two about how that final breakup unfolded, so their accounts should not be treated as identical.
Shyanne Blankenship and Jack
Shyanne and Jack were no longer a couple. They discussed their post-filming interactions at the reunion and agreed that they wanted to remain friends. Shyanne said she might want to try again someday, but that the timing was not right; her comment was a hope, not a report that they had reunited.
What is the status of Sydney and Xzavier?
Sydney and Xzavier were exploring their connection slowly after leaving the island together. They had not defined it as a relationship, so they should not be counted among the confirmed Season 2 couples still together.

Finale results versus the later update
The finale and the post-reunion story capture different moments. At the finale, Kaylee and Summit left together, while Sydney left with Xzavier after ending things with Mikey. The later Tudum update adds Scarlett and Cole’s reunion and explains that Sydney and Mikey briefly tried again before separating. It also places Shyanne and Jack firmly in a friends-only position at that time.

No. The results above are specifically for Netflix’s Season 2. Earlier U.S. seasons have different casts and outcomes. A USA Network retrospective updated June 15, 2023 covered couples including Javen and Shari, Rick and Ashley, Chelsea and Thomas, Erin and Corey, and Kristen and Julian. A separate USA Network Season 5 update from August 31, 2023 reported Hall and Makayla together at that point and Vanessa and Roberto split after initially leaving together.
Season 1 is also separate: Netflix Tudum reported on November 26, 2025 that Shanté and Brion had announced a breakup in April 2025, while Alexa and Lino were planning a fall 2025 wedding when that article ran. Wedding plans are not proof that a ceremony occurred.
