Steven McBee Jr. made his relationship with Allie Eklund public in November 2025, while The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys Season 3 later showed their early romance and conversations about a future together. The couple had split by the time the season aired in 2026. The latest status update covered here is from Bravo on August 17, 2026—not a real-time account of either person’s relationship status today.
When Steven McBee Jr. and Allie Eklund went public
In November 2025, Reality Tea reported that Steven hard-launched his relationship with Allie by sharing an Instagram photo carousel. A “hard launch” means making a relationship public rather than merely hinting at one. The outlet quoted the caption as “Never been so certain.” The original carousel was not directly accessed, so the announcement and caption are supported here by that contemporary report.
Bravo’s official Allie Eklund cast profile describes the relationship as a whirlwind. The public announcement came after the season’s fall 2025 filming period had begun, so the social-media moment and the show’s account of the couple’s early dating belong to related but distinct parts of the timeline.
What Season 3 showed about their early relationship
Season 3 followed Steven and Allie during the early stages of dating and included serious conversations about moving in together and marriage. A June 29, 2026 preview from TV Insider and Swooon described an episode discussion about their relationship hard launch and said they had broken up since filming the previous fall.

What Steven said afterward about marriage and timing
In a July 2026 interview reported by Us Weekly, Steven reflected that he had felt some pressure around marriage in connection with family expectations and said he believed, in hindsight, that he had moved too quickly. Those are his personal reflections; they do not independently establish the reason for the breakup or show that either factor was its sole cause.

In Bravo’s August 17 roundup, Steven described his dating life at that point as “pretty much non-existent.” That is a dated statement from August 2026, not confirmation of his status on October 4, 2026. The sources cited here do not establish either Steven’s or Allie’s relationship status on that later date.
