Jinwoo obtains Beru at the end of manhwa chapter 105, after defeating the Ant King during the Jeju Island raid. In the anime, the battle concludes in Season 2, episode 12 (overall episode 24), while the shadow extraction and Beru’s debut occur in Season 2, episode 13 (overall episode 25), titled “On to the Next Target.”
What chapter does Jinwoo get Beru?
The extraction happens at the end of chapter 105. Beru is first the Ant King, the overwhelmingly powerful monster Jinwoo defeats on Jeju Island. Only after the defeat does Jinwoo use Shadow Extraction and add him to the shadow army.
When does Beru become Jinwoo’s shadow?
Beru becomes Jinwoo’s shadow immediately after the Ant King’s defeat, in the closing sequence of chapter 105. The surrounding Jeju Island storyline runs approximately from chapters 101 through 108, covering the raid, the Ant King battle and its aftermath.
Which Solo Leveling episode has Jinwoo vs. Beru?
The fight is in Season 2, episode 12, also counted as overall episode 24, “Are You the King of Humans?” Jinwoo defeats Beru in that episode, but the completed shadow conversion is shown in the following episode.
