What Rogers StreamSaver includes
Rogers Xfinity StreamSaver combines three streaming services in one Rogers-managed subscription:
- Netflix Standard with ads
- Disney+ Standard with ads
- Apple TV+—called “Apple TV” on some Rogers pages
The bundle costs $22 per month at the currently advertised rate. Rogers says that price will increase to $24 per month on August 18, 2026. Taxes and the cost of any qualifying Rogers internet, TV, or mobile service are separate.
This is a Canadian offer, not a standalone streaming package available to everyone. Eligibility depends on the Rogers service and plan attached to the account.

Is Netflix included without ads?
No. The base StreamSaver package includes Netflix Standard with ads and Disney+ Standard with ads. These are not the premium ad-free tiers, so customers looking for ad-free viewing, higher video quality, or additional simultaneous streams should check the upgrade options before subscribing.
Netflix and Disney+ can be upgraded through Rogers. The additional cost is the difference between the included plan and the higher tier selected, and Rogers adds that difference to the Rogers bill. Apple TV+ has one ad-free plan, which is included in the bundle.

Rogers launched StreamSaver on August 28, 2025, and promoted it as saving more than 30% compared with subscribing to the component services separately. That comparison can change if Netflix, Disney+, or Apple TV+ changes its standalone pricing, so the saving should be treated as Rogers’ advertised bundle comparison rather than a permanently fixed amount.
Who is eligible?
StreamSaver is generally available to customers with a qualifying Rogers Xfinity internet or select TV plan. Rogers also documents a mobile eligibility route for people without Rogers home services: a customer may qualify when activating or adding a new line on an eligible Popular or Ultimate mobile plan, or when upgrading a phone while activating an eligible Popular or Ultimate plan.

That makes the offer plan-dependent rather than universally available to every Rogers customer. The exact qualifying plans, account offers, and availability can vary by account and service address. Rogers initially launched the offer in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, with a broader Canadian rollout planned later in 2025; current availability should be confirmed in the customer’s Rogers account.

How to activate Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV+
Rogers says the activation email normally arrives within 24 to 48 hours after subscribing. Once it arrives:
- Sign in to MyRogers.
- Open the subscription-management area.
- Choose Manage Subscriptions.
- Activate Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV individually.
- Sign in to each service or create an account when prompted.
The account may take several minutes to update after activation. Rogers instructs customers to activate all three services through the Manage Subscriptions page rather than assuming that subscribing to the bundle automatically signs them into each app.
What happens if you already subscribe?
When an existing account is linked correctly, customers can generally retain their profiles, viewing history, settings, and preferences.
- Netflix: Rogers says an existing linked account should not be double billed.
- Apple TV+: Rogers also says existing customers will not be double billed when the account is linked.
- Disney+: customers may need to cancel an existing subscription if it is a higher tier than the plan selected through Rogers.
Do not cancel every existing subscription automatically. First check which account, tier, and billing arrangement is active. Disney+ handling is particularly important if the existing subscription is on a higher plan.

A Rogers Xfinity Stream Box is not required. Existing customers can begin watching after activation on compatible devices without waiting for new Rogers equipment.
Amazon Fire requirements
Rogers says its Xfinity Stream app requires Fire OS 6 or later on Amazon Fire devices. For 4K content, Rogers lists Xfinity Stream app version 8.6 or later. If you need an inexpensive way to add supported streaming apps to a television, an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K is an optional device to consider. It is sold separately and does not include Rogers StreamSaver, Netflix, Disney+, or Apple TV+ subscriptions.
Apple TV requirements
Rogers documents support for Apple TV HD and first- and second-generation Apple TV 4K models. Its listed requirements include tvOS 15 or later and app version 1.10.0 or later for 4K streaming. Compatibility can depend on the device model, operating-system version, and app version, so older Apple TV hardware should be checked before purchase.
What is the Rogers Xfinity Stream Box?
The Rogers Xfinity Stream Box is optional Rogers equipment that can be paired with StreamSaver. The launch description says its voice remote can search across streaming services without requiring viewers to switch between apps manually.
Rogers’ installation documentation identifies the current hardware as the XiOne Rogers Xfinity Stream Box. The package includes:
- An XR100 voice remote
- An HDMI cable
- A power adapter
Rogers internet must be online to complete setup. The box may be useful for households that want a single interface and voice search, but it is not a prerequisite for using the streaming subscriptions on other supported hardware.

How to upgrade Netflix or Disney+
Customers can manage higher Netflix and Disney+ tiers through Rogers. The included ad-supported Standard plan remains the base reference point; selecting a higher tier adds the price difference to the Rogers bill.
Before upgrading, check:
- Whether the new tier removes advertising
- Maximum video resolution, such as HD or 4K
- The number of simultaneous streams allowed
- The additional monthly amount shown in MyRogers
- Whether an existing subscription is still billed elsewhere
Do not assume that “Netflix included” or “Disney+ included” means the highest available plan. The plan names and upgrade prices shown in the Rogers account are the relevant ones for the individual customer.
How to cancel StreamSaver
Rogers says StreamSaver can be canceled through MyRogers. Cancellation does not normally stop access immediately: service continues through the current billing cycle. Check the cancellation confirmation for the final service date and review the account afterward to make sure any separate subscriptions or upgraded tiers are handled as intended.

StreamSaver is most useful for someone who already wants Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV+ and is eligible through Rogers. Combining the services can simplify billing and may cost less than paying for the same tiers separately.

It is less compelling in these situations:
- You do not need a qualifying Rogers internet, TV, or mobile plan.
- You want ad-free Netflix and Disney+ and the upgrade charges erase the bundle’s saving.
- You already receive one of the services through another promotion or household plan.
- You subscribe only occasionally and prefer to cancel individual services month by month.
- You are comparing the bundle with services in the United States; StreamSaver is a Rogers Canada offer.
For a fair comparison, add the exact Netflix and Disney+ tiers you would actually use, include Apple TV+, and compare that total with the StreamSaver price shown in your Rogers account. Also account for the announced change from $22 to $24 on August 18, 2026.

Before subscribing: a practical checklist
- Confirm that your Rogers internet, TV, or mobile plan qualifies.
- Confirm whether the $22 price applies to your account and note the August 18, 2026 increase to $24.
- Check whether the included Netflix and Disney+ tiers contain ads.
- Price any ad-free, 4K, or multi-stream upgrades in MyRogers.
