POWER TO THE PEOPLE, the concert film of John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s 1972 One-To-One shows, and the documentary ONE TO ONE: JOHN & YOKO are scheduled to arrive together on Blu-ray on April 9, 2027. John Lennon’s official site announced the release on October 9, 2026. Two- and four-disc editions are announced, with the Deluxe Edition adding individual versions of both concerts and a larger set of printed extras.
What the Blu-ray release includes
The release brings together two films: the newly restored, re-edited and remixed multiscreen concert film POWER TO THE PEOPLE and ONE TO ONE: JOHN & YOKO, a documentary about Lennon and Ono’s first year in New York City and the creativity and activism leading up to the performances. Sean Ono Lennon produced the concert music. John Lennon’s official announcement lists the editions and credits.
Standard edition
The two-disc edition contains the hybrid multiscreen concert film and the documentary, plus a 20-page booklet. It is the option for viewers who want both films without the expanded concert presentations and collectibles.
Deluxe Edition
The four-disc Deluxe Edition includes the hybrid concert film, separate afternoon and evening concert versions, and the documentary. Printed and collectible extras are a 128-page hardback book, two postcards and a double-sided poster, housed in a 10-inch lenticular slipcase.

The 1972 concerts behind the film
The film centers on Lennon and Ono’s One-To-One concerts at Madison Square Garden in August 1972. Universal Music Japan says the two shows drew a combined 40,000 people and raised more than $1.5 million for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The label gives a 2026 equivalent of $11.5 million; that is its stated comparison, not an independently calculated figure. Universal Music Japan’s announcement provides those historical figures.
