When is the Perth Twilight Food Market open?
The market is scheduled every Friday from 4:30pm. Visit Perth lists hours of 4:30pm–9:30pm, while the City of Perth’s announcement confirms the 4:30pm start but does not state a closing time.
The official listings disagree on the final date: the City gives 24 April 2027, and Visit Perth gives 30 April 2027. Confirm the season’s end date with the City before making plans for a late-season Friday. City of Perth announcement · Visit Perth event listing

What can you eat?
The City says more than 37 food vendors will offer international dishes and comfort food. Its examples include Tibetan momos, Korean street food, Japanese onigiri, Thai food and desserts, dumplings, Italian panzerotti and Filipino barbecue. Nana Bread and Il Panzerotto are named as new vendors.
These are examples, not a complete menu or a guarantee that a particular stall or dish will be available on every Friday. The City’s announcement does not provide vendor-by-vendor schedules.

Entry is free, according to Visit Perth. Food is sold by individual vendors, and the listing says drinking water can be purchased from stalls and nearby retailers.
How do you get to Forrest Place?
Visit Perth identifies Perth Station on Wellington Street as the closest train station and lists CAT bus stops on Wellington Street. Forrest Place is in Perth’s central business district.

Parking
The City’s announcement says City of Perth car parks offer $5 night-time parking. Confirm the current terms and which car parks participate with the City before relying on that rate.

What the City says about the market
City of Perth Lord Mayor Bruce Reynolds said: “The Twilight Food Market is all about bringing people into the heart of Perth to eat, explore and enjoy everything our local food scene has to offer, while making the most of late-night shopping in the city.”
The City’s prospectus and 2025/26 event snapshot report 53,700 attendees, $4.2 million in direct economic impact, and 98% positive community impact for the 2025/26 Twilight Food Markets. The prospectus excerpt does not explain how those figures were measured; they are City-reported figures for the earlier season, not independently verified results or forecasts for 2026/27.
